A Y E S S ANakatunganga habang nakatingin sa kawalan. Maraming laman ang isip at hindi mapakali. Is there even worse than this? Muli akong tumingin sa first semester grades ko. Halos lahat tres. Mom will be mad seeing these numbers.
Knowing my mom, who never accept negativity in her life, she will surely yell at me. Sino ba kasi ang nagsabing mag Civil Engineering ako?
"Ge, may bagsak ka?"
"Eh ikaw?"
I was waiting for Danica to answer Genevev, but Darius came together with Faith. Darius was holding a bag of chips while on his side was Faith who was stealing chips from him. They were talking, and I know it's about their grades. Lihim akong napabuga ng hangin.
I was excellent back then. I was the valedictorian of our class. I graduated senior high with flying color, but what the hell happened to me?
Is my brain not braining?
"Haii!"
"Don't even ask why," I cut him off before he could utter a word. Nanatiling nakabuka ang bibig nito. Kumuha ako ng isang pirasong chips at nilagay sa bibig nya. Kaagad naman nya akong inirapan.
"So, to answer your question, I have three uno and the rest is dos," pagtutuloy ni Danica na sobrang proud ibalandara ang grade slip nya sa aming harapan. "Can't believe pa ako at first, but duh! I know I deserve this, sobrang hirap kaya mag study!"
Danica, Genevev, Darius, and Faith are my friends. We're not blood related, pero related ang mga families namin, that's is why we're close to each other.
Back then, when we were still deciding which university to study, we first think about what we want to be in the future. Eventually we decided to study in De la Salle University. We don't see each other everyday, tuwing vacant lang talaga namin kami magkasama.
