Chapter 10.

Not even twenty minutes later seungmin came running out the little room he was in crying and yelling at some older lady who was trying to walk away from him but he kept yelling and what not catching everyone's attention. Especially chan's, now he didn't want to intervene since it was going to be his turn to state his case but then he noticed the lady call security to take seungmin so Chan quickly got up and walked over

Chan: hey- seungmin-

Seungmin: c-chan! Tell her- tell her I'm good for subin- p-please!-

Chan: w-wha-

Seungmin: GOD DAMN IT!. W-WHY?! CANT YOU JUST LEAVE MT FAMILY ALONE YOU BITCH!-

He said yelling at the lady who just stared at seungmin same as chan but he was more confused

Chan: seungmin- what's going on-

??: this delinquent wants to take care of my nephew! And as subins aunt I will not allow it!

Seungmin: YOUR NOT HIS FUCKING AUNT!-

Chan: uh- seungmin le-let's go- come on..

Seungmin: n-no- are You crazy?! SHE WANTS TO TAKE-

Chan then kinda looked the lady up and down before pulling seungmin out the doors quickly since he saw some security guards walking over. Chan was kinda basically dragging him to his car to get him away from security and the lady but this made him even more mad.

Seungmin: YAH! L-LET ME GO!,

Chan: are you crazy?! you were yelling and screaming at that lady?

Seungmin: CAUSE THAT BITCH WANTS TO TAKE SUBIN AWAY!-

He said crying more before slamming some papers on the floor while kinda breaking down a bit more.

Chan: calm dow-

Seungmin: N-NO! DONT T-TELL ME TO C-CALM DOWN!.

Chan: OKAY! THEN STOP FUCKING YELLING!-

Seungmin then looked at chan in his eyes while sobbing more

Seungmin: s-she wants to t-take my brother! M-my only family I have l-left!- and your t-telling me to calm down?- to n-not yell! HES MY GOD DAMN BROTHER!-

Seungmin cried harder slowly starting to fall to the ground because of how much he was crying but before he could fall to the ground chan caught him and kinda pulled him into a hug, so seungmin is now crying on Chans shoulder.

Seungmin: I-I'm so fucked..

Chan: look- you need to calm down a little okay?..

Seungmin: n-no..you don't understand chan- I-i can't lose Subin to her!..m-my mom would literally h-haunt me if I do!-

He said sobbing softly and holding onto chan a bit tighter in which chan nodded slightly

Chan: why-why don't you get in my car- and I'll buy you some breakfast yeah? Clearly you haven't eaten and maybe you're just tired and hangry?.. And you can tell me what happened?

Seungmin: really?..b-but your gonna miss your turn and-

Chan: don't worry about that. I can always come back..

Seungmin: n-no..your son is more important chan. J-just go I'll be fine.

Chan then frowned before nodding and wiping seungmins tears making him look up at chan a bit

Chan: if anything, call me k?..you have my number.

Seungmin just nodded before chan started walked away back into the court leaving seungmin in the parking lot feeling weird and funny. He was upset about his aunt wanting to take Subin but he was happy chan wiped his tears?..seungmin turned and saw chan turning back at him too. The two made eye contact once more before chan walked into the courthouse.

Seungmin: no! Stop seungmin!-

Seungmin then called Felix and told him to meet him near the mall so they can all go out a bit. And so seungmin can distract himself, once he arrived at the mall Subin came running and hugging him making seungmin smile

Subin: Minnie!!!

Seungmin: hey Subin! How are you little rat?

Subin giggled before rolling his eyes

Subin: I'm not a rat! Meanie!

Felix: ay stop fighting! Let's go walk! I heard there's an arcadeeee~

Subin: OH! YAY! CAN WE GO MINNIE?

Seungmin: of course! Go come on

He said putting Subin down walking behind him with Felix and jisung

Jisung: so? What happened?

Seungmin: ah..nothing..I forgot a paper at home so I gotta go back in a few weeks..

Felix: oh yeah? That's good!

Seungmin nodded as felix ran a bit catching up to subin, he couldn't tell them. Not yet. He wouldn't know how subin would react. I mean he just lost his mom?..and now he might get taken away?. Seungmin couldn't break that news to him yet. Before seungmin could get lost in his thoughts he heard jisung who was walking next to him giggle at his phone which made him confused.

Seungmin: oh? And who has you giggling?

Jisung: whattt? Nobodyyyy?

Seungmin: ayyy don't lieeee!! Tell me whos texting you right now!

Before Jisung could say anything Felix came over smiling a bit

Felix: he's talking to minho

Seungmin: Minho? teacher Minho?

Jisung: omg stop! Shut up felix! Your talking to Hyunjin and I didn't tell him anything

Seungmin: UHM WHAT!?

Felix: nice going blab mouth!

Jisung then smirked and giggled

Jisung: now we're even hoe

He said before walking faster grabbing subins hand helping him up onto the escalator.

Felix: you know, I think minhos really changing him..this morning it wasn't his usual wake and bake day, he spent it getting all ready and calling minho. He hasn't smoked in a few days since talking to him.

Seungmin: aw yeah?, that's a good thing tho. That means minhos a good influence on ji

Felix then giggled and smiled a bit before seungmin leaned on him

Seungmin: what about you? You and Hyunjin?

Felix: ay it's nothinggg!!

Seungmin: yeah? Well as long as you guys are happy with these guys it's whatever.

Felix just giggled before walking over with Jisung and subin walking in the arcade which seungmin smiled a bit but then got a text from chan saying "hey, hope your feeling better from earlier. If you ever need anything you can text me. And some advice. Maybe don't smoke or drink while going through this whole custody thing. It's what they mostly look at. Have a good day seungmin."  Seungmin smiled at the message before putting his phone away and going in the arcade with his friends and brother.
