Once he got them signed by a judge and everything he sent seungmin a text before heading to his ex's moms house since that's where they were staying. Once chan pulled in the driveway he felt so unwelcomed but he just pulled it together and went to knock on the door. After a minute or two delilah opened it and once JJ saw his dad he came running down the hall yelling.
JJ: DAD! YOUR HERE!
Delilah: what are you doing here chan!?.
Chan laughed a bit as he hugged his son but that didn't last long since delilah pulled JJ back in the house
Delilah: why. are. you. HERE!.
Chan: I'm here to get my son back that's why.
Delilah: wha-
Before she could finish chan handed her the papers stating that chan is now fighting to get JJ in his full custody and once delilah saw that she lost it
Delilah: ARE YOU CRAZY?! HES MY SON!
Chan: HES MINE TOO! FOR FUCK SAKE- WHY- WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME!?
Delilah: WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!.
JJ: M-MA DONT FIGHT!- Please!-
Chan: YOU! FIRST YOU CHEATED WITH MY STUDENTS FATHER. THEN I-I HAVE TO FIND OUT FROM THAT STUDENTS MOM AND NOW- YOUR TAKING MY SON AWAY! IM NOT STANDING BY THAT! JJ IS MY SON!.
Delilah: NO HES NOT!- FUCK CHAN!- GET A HINT! HE ISNT YOURS!- HE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE YOU GOD DAMN IT!.
Chan then went quiet and so did JJ.
Chan: excuse me?..
Delilah then sighed before sending JJ inside before closing the door looking at chan who just stood there with m tears in his eyes.
Delilah: I-I wasn't supposed to tell you okay?. My mom and I both agreed when we found out I was pregnant that I had to go with the better option.
Chan: option?..h-how many were there?.
Delilah: Three..you and two more chan. Chances of JJ being your son are very low. Since we used protection.
Chan just stared at her in disgust and hatred. He was hurt. Very hurt.
Chan: s-so you lied?! H-HES NOT EVEN MINE!? FOR TEN YEARS- I- oh my god- oh my fucking god!-
He said panting and crying backing up slightly, Delilah just stayed quiet
Delilah: chan- I'm sorry I lied but you were the better option! I mean you're a teacher! And have a good stable job- I knew you'd make the better father!-
Chan: TO A KID THAT ISNT EVEN MINE!?.
He yelled while his eyes swell with tears.
Chan: I lost MY WHOLE LIFE WHEN I MARRIED YOU BECAUSE YOU FUCKING GOT PREGNANT DELILAH!- AND TURNS OUT THE KID ISNT EVEN MINE!?! I-I TRUSTED YOU!? I-I THREW MY WHOLE LIFE AWAY!.
Delilah: chan- I'm sorry. I-I wasn't thinking back then! I was a scared 18 year old! I-I was scared of what was gonna happen! I HAD TO PICK THE BEST OPTION!.
Chan: fuck you. You're a fucking SLUT!.
He yelled before throwing the papers on the floor and rushing back to his car leaving delilah standing there in tears as well. Suddenly JJ came running out as Chan started pulling out the driveway
JJ: DAD!- W-WAIT?- DONT GO!- PLEASE!
He cried out as chan drove off. He was hurt and in pain. He didn't know what to do. The kid he cared For and took care of for ten years..wasn't even his?. Chan then got a call from Jeongin in which he answerd while crying.
Jeongin otp: hey chan- me and the others are heading to the mall to hang out with Jisung and the other two. Wanna come?
Chan: I- Uhm. Not today-
Jeongin otp: oh? Are you okay? How'd it go with the custody papers?
Chan then started crying a bit more
Chan: Jeongin- J-JJ..i-isnt even mine..
Suddenly Jeongin went quiet on the other line
Jeongin otp: holy shit- THAT BITCH!? Are you okay?! Where are you!
Chan: driving home.
Jeongin:'okay! I'm on my way with changbin k?
Chan: no- it's fine..go hang out with the others..I just need to sleep.
Jeongin: chan- I'm so sorry I-
Chan: stop Jeongin! Don't- don't apologize..go have fun on your day off.
He said before hanging up and driving all the way home crying.
-with the group at the mall.
Seungmin was walking with subin since when the other four got to the mall Felix went with Hyunjin and jisung went with minho and instead of being a third wheel seungmin just decided to stay behind everyone with subin but suddenly as everyone got more affection and flirting with one another seungmin got kinda jealous?..why? He didn't know. He was happy for his friends but at the same time he wanted what they were getting but suddenly Jeongin said something about calling chan which got seungmins attention but after about five minutes or so as Jeongin hung up he was frowning a bit and changbin looked at him kinda confused
Changbin: so? Is he coming or?
Jeongin: no...h-he told me that the paperwork didn't go so well.
Once seungmin heard Jeongin say that his heart sunk. Was it because when chan left to help him he missed his chance? Before seungmin could over think a bit more jisung came over with minho
Jisung: ah! Subinnn!!
Subin giggled and smiled softly looking up at Jisung
Jisung: are you still upset?
Subin: nopey!
Felix then came over on the other side with Hyunjin
Felix: that's good, sorry we didn't ask permission before talking in a "romantic way" with your teachers.
Subin giggled as seungmin picked him up
Subin: it's fineee!!
He said giggling again before Jeongin and changbin turned to face the group
Minho: chan?
Jeongin frowned a bit before looking at subin
Seungmin: oh? Grown up matter? Yeah okay.
He said kinda walking up faster leaving the others behind him kinda annoyed which made felix and jisung both confused
