San snorted and raised an eyebrow at him, "You had to look, huh?"

Heat flushed his cheeks, "You can let go of me."

"I prefer to keep you until Jongho returns with my clothes, I don't want you to climb the tree again, you were going to tell me why you live alone. Don't think you've distracted me, I want an answer."

The sight of his big erection and his tight grip on his ass triggered his fear again.

"Do you live with anyone?"

San frowned deeply at him, "No and I'm not mated to an attractive female or male either, stop trying to distract me and explain to me why you're not protected."

"I am" he lied, "But I like having my own apartment."

The murmur of a soft growl came from his throat. Yeosang tensed and his hands gripped his bare shoulders a little tighter. Fear ran up his spine when he saw the irritated expression on his face.

"I am not ignorant about felines or their customs, your family should be close to you to make sure that your women or even men do not force you to mate with one of them. If you were ugly you could attribute it to the fact that none of your members are interested, but it's not like that. If you lived alone in my pack the females and males would break down your door to get to you, answer the question and stop telling me stupid things."

His heart raced in fear as he realized she wouldn't let him go. He had sworn to him that he wouldn't hurt him and since he hadn't hurt him until now, he decided to be honest.

"Okay, my father died in a fire and his family doesn't know I exist" He raised his chin defiantly, "I'll take care of myself."

"Why don't they know about you? You should contact them, Do you know anything about changelings?" He opened his eyes wide, "You should be protected, it's a miracle no one forced you to take them as a mate. You're not strong enough to defend yourself against any asshole who wants you. Your family would make sure you mate with the one you want."

"I've never met another of my kind" He admitted quietly and shrugged, "They don't live in this area, my mom and I moved here on purpose to avoid them."

"Because?"

His nerves made his mouth go dry. He didn't want to look at him, but he forced himself to keep his gaze, "They would kill me."

"No, they wouldn't."

"Yes, they would" He sighed, "My father had to flee from his pack because they wanted to kill him, his mother helped him escape when his boss realized that my father's human blood diminished his abilities, they hate weakness and they hate you.  They kill for it, my mother told me how beautiful he looked in his other form, but I can't change, if they thought he was weak..."

His voice trailed off and he let him draw his own conclusions.

"Shit" he muttered, "I didn't think cats were such dicks, we protect the weak blooded more."

"When I was young, my father swore to me that he only smelled human, my mother promised me that I would be safe and that no one would ever know of my heritage."

"When did you lose your father?"

"Just after my fifth birthday."

"Didn't you change when you hit puberty? Sometimes that causes change in mixed races."

"I started to crave raw meat, mom took me to the forest to see if I could change, but I couldn't, no matter how hard I tried."

He pressed his hands on his ass, "Fear would have triggered it too, you can't change, i assumed you were younger until I saw your face closer, some teenagers have problems until they hit puberty. The only other reasons could prevent them from changing are serious injuries or drugs."
