The scratching

Chapter 14

"What do you mean he pulled him out of school?!" Midnight yelled.

"Just like I said it Kayama. We greeted each other, I told him the details and he said that he will take Izuku to America and I need to go. Oh and he will also sue us." Aizawa answered angrily.

Silence followed after that. No one would have thought that this would happen. Especially since their student was so smart and strong. They didn't even know how to break it to class 1-A yet. The sunshine boy, the boy they decorated the desk for, was never going to come back even if he wakes up.

All of them will be shattered. Even Bakugo.

Knowing that, broke their heart. The class hasn't been the same since Midoriya tried to kill himself and they all feared that the class will never be the same ever again.

"There has to be something we can do, right?" Snipe asked after a long beat of silence.

"Unfortunately there's not Snipe. We can't force him to let Midoriya stay since it's his son and therefore it's his decision to make." Nedzu chimed in

"That's not fair, the little listener isn't even awake. Doesn't he get a say in this?!" Mic yelled, barley keeping his quirk in check.

"No he doesn't. He's not a legal adult, Yamada. You're a hero you know the law." Cementoss explained.

More silence followed. None of them wanted to face the truth in that moment. All of them searching for a possibility that Izuku could continue going to his dream school, continue learning to be a hero and for most of it, have a chance of doing what he loves.

"Where's All Might? Isn't he the one always hanging around with Izuku? Maybe he can try talking to the dad?" Midnight desperately asked, looking for answers in the other faces.

"All Might does not wish to participate in this meeting or anything that has to do with this situation." Nedzu answered.

"What do you mean? He trains Izuku after school every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday! Why doesn't he care?!" Aizawa yelled.

"I don't know Aizawa. It's not our place to know. So if I see one of you asking him, I'm sorry but I'll have to punish you accordingly. I get that the situation is not the best but I have to take care of my staff and respect their boundaries. We can't do anything about the situation. Mr Midoriya has already made his decision. We will only make this worse for UA if we continue to press for answers or make the father change his decision. The press will already be enough when the dad sues us. So I ask all of you to just drop this. Vlad and Aizawa, I want you to explain to your classes what the situation is and tell them that Izuku won't be coming back." Nedzu ordered.

They were all shocked at how their boss just dropped the situation.

"Another thing Aizawa, Hitoshi Shinsou from class 1-C will replace Izuku Midoriya. Thats all. The meeting is over please go back to your classes." Nedzu dismissed them.

They all stood up, not saying anything.

This whole situation felt unreal. How did this happen? How could Nedzu just replace his student like it was nothing?

"Cementoss sent Shinsou to my class after you explained the situation to him." Aizawa ordered and left.

Aizawa entered his classroom, the noise immediately dying down. Present Mic had already explained that UA no longer had custody over Izuku and they would only get the details Midoriyas father told them.
