"Simon it's good to see you again" Hisashi greeted the unknown man."It's good to have you back Hisashi. Is that your boy?" Simon asked.
"Yes it is. Say hello Izuku."
"Hello" Izuku waved in greeting.
"Look at him, he's so cute."
"I know right? He'd be perfect if it wasn't for his body. You know that I like them weaker than me. He also has those stupid self harm scars." His father snarled.
Izuku instinctively pulled down his sleeves and averted his gaze.
"It's always the teenagers with their fake mental health problems. They don't even know how bad life can get. Also, less food helps with the body."
"As if I was eating enough anyway." Izuku muttered under his breath.
"What was that Izuku?" His father asked.
Izuku froze and took a deep breath before he repeated what he just said: "I said that I haven't been eating enough anyway."
Izuku's stomach started to hurt.
"Are you talking back to us?" Simon's eyes darkened.
"I don't see how me repeating what I said is talking back. Dad asked me what I just said so I repeated myself. Ergo, doing as I was told." Izuku explained.
He wanted to throw up.
"You do not talk to us that way, am i understood?" His father whisper yelled while gripping Izuku's arm in a painful way.
"How? I just explained myself! Maybe you should tell your friend that doing as I was told isn't talking back!" Izuku whisper yelled back.
He feels like he'll throw up any minute. His father's eyes started to fill with hatred.
"Why don't we go to your car Simon? Little Izuku here needs a punishment. You get to decide what it'll be."
Maybe Izuku shouldn't have opened his stupid mouth.
The walk to the car was awkward. No one talked while Izuku felt like he couldn't breathe. They stopped in front of a grey Opel. Izuku's dad loaded the luggage into the trunk before forcing Izuku to sit down in the backseat.
Izuku started to shake. He always had a sort of idea what his father's punishments would be but this time with Simon deciding his punishment, it could be anything. He looked outside the car window and saw his father nod before the man walked to the other side of the car and sat down in the passenger seat. Simon following his lead, sitting in the driver seat and starting the car.
No one talked for the first 10 minutes of the drive.
"Sooo...how much am I in trouble?" Izuku tried breaking the silence.
His father scoffed. "What do you think Izuku?"
"Well if you say it like this it sounds like it's pretty bad."
His father turned around and looked him in the eyes.
"I didn't raise you to talk back to adults, did I? You will be punished at home."
