The meeting was proceeding smoothly. Faker took charge, presenting a detailed strategy for an upcoming project. Various charts and graphs were displayed on the large screen at the front of the room, illustrating the projections and expectations for the next fiscal year. The CEOs attentively analyzed the figures, occasionally asking questions or making comments.

As Keria and Oner silently jotted down key points, Oner's sharp gaze caught an anomaly in one of the graphs-a numerical inconsistency between the projected expenses and the calculated returns. The numbers were off by a significant margin, and if not addressed, it could lead to a huge financial oversight in their planning.

Taking a deep breath and trying to remain calm, Oner hesitated momentarily before interrupting, "Excuse me, but there seems to be a discrepancy in the calculations on slide 15. The projected expenses and the returns don't align."

Wolf, who was leading that part of the presentation, looked taken aback, "That's impossible. We double-checked everything."

Without wavering, Oner confidently pointed out the specific numbers, "If you consider the adjusted tax rates and the revised supplier contracts, the return value should be 10% less than what's shown."

A tense silence enveloped the room as everyone quickly recalculated. To their astonishment, Oner was right.

Faker, clearly impressed, commended Oner, "Good catch, Oner. That oversight could have cost us a significant amount. Thank you for bringing it to our attention."

Untara, always curious, asked, "How did you even spot that? I mean, this isn't your primary field of expertise."

Oner scratched the back of his neck, slightly embarrassed, "Well, I haven't formally studied this in university, but I've always had an interest in financial modeling. I picked up a lot just by observing others and doing some self-study."

Bengi laughed, "So we have a secret finance genius among us."

The room filled with light laughter, and Oner's face turned a shade redder. As the meeting continued, Gumayusi couldn't help but sneak glances at Oner, feeling a surge of pride. There was also a strange warmth in his chest-a feeling he couldn't quite decipher yet.
