"You're coming with me tonight, right?" I asked Lando. He returned from Italy only a couple of days ago.
He was tired, I could see that in his eyes, in the way he didn't want to get up and just cuddle with me.
"What's tonight?" He mumbled, he put his hand on my leg and put it on his body.
"It's Nathan's birthday - everyone is coming"
He nodded, before putting his head against my neck. He left a few quick kisses. "I love you" he said in between them.
My heart fluttered again - it always did when I was near him.
Even though he was tired, he still let his fingers brush against my back.
This man was gonna be the death of me.

Lando and I got ready together. He was wearing a black shirt with black pants, while I was wearing a long black dress.
Everyone had to come in black clothes, except for Nathan himself, so he could be the shining star.
Yes, he was like that.
But I didn't complain because Lando always looked so handsome in black.

We walked in the bar together, he rented it for his birthday and it looked amazing.
The first person I saw was Julian, who had his arm around Piper's waist.
It was still weird to see them together, but I could see how happy he was with her.
She calmed him down, I don't know how she did it, but she deserved credit for that.
"I love your dress" I looked at Piper with a smile. It wasn't a lie, she looked absolutely gorgeous. "And I love yours" she said as she kissed my cheek.
Lando was hugging Julian in the meantime and they quickly got into their own conversation.
They always got along great, even if they were pretty different.
I looked around the room, Billie was in conversation with Nathan and they were laughing about something.
"Did you talk to her yet?" Piper asked. I shook my head.
"I've heard she was in Italy?" I said a little quieter, I didn't want Lando to think that I didn't trust him. "She was, don't ask me who invited her though - we definitely didn't"
"My favorites" Nathan said enthusiastically as he walked up to us and hugged us. He was definitely drunk already.
Billie was standing in front of us, looking pretty uncomfortable. "I am sorry" she said, looking at Piper and I.
"I was way out of line, I don't know what was wrong with me" she looked down.
I looked at Lando, who just shrugged his shoulders.
"It's fine" I sighed, but Piper said nothing. She just scoffed, walked to Julian and stood next to him.
"I am serious Nova, I was a shit friend. I hope you can forgive me" she looked back up at me.
She was being sincere.
"It's fine" I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her into a hug. "Just don't ever talk about Julian and Piper like that again"
She nodded. "I promise"
"What are you drinking?" I pointed at Billie's glass. "I am going to the bar, I'll bring you something"
She smiled. "I think I need to buy you a drink instead"
"Last chance" I laughed, already taking a step away from her.
"Greyhound please" she yelled with a chuckle.
Wasn't some blonde girl trying to get his attention all night?
She was blonde, blue eyes and she was drinking this weird thing.
Greyhound maybe?
I turned around and looked straight into Billie's blue eyes.
"It was you?" I asked.
