Felix climbs on top of the shopping cart. "You can't hurt me from here, mother fucker." He is not about to be abused with a pool noodle. He is not about to be hit with a pool noodle in the middle of Walmart, he is not going to stand for that. Jooyeon stares at him with an odd look on his face.

"Hey, Lixie." Jooyeon starts laughing at him out of nowhere, staring directly behind him.

"Lee Felix."

Felix snaps his head at his brother's oldest friend– basically like his and Jooyeon's older brother at this point, Gunil does act like their dad half the time for reasons unknown. And this is why Jooyeon started threatening him with a pool noodle. "Hey! He tried to hit me with a fucking pool noodle! Was I supposed to just get hit by it?" He whines, jumping out of the cart.

Gunil sighs and looks behind him at their group of friends.

"I think I need to divorce myself from this family, I give up." There was no controlling the seven of them together. "Jooyeon, Felix, can you two act like normal people before we get kicked out of Walmart for the sixth time in the last year?"

A moment of silence before Felix gets tapped on the shoulder.

Felix turns around.

The fucking manager of that Walmart is standing behind him with a disappointed look on her face.

"Can you guys leave?"

Gunil sighs. "You two had one job, and it wasn't to get us kicked out of Walmart. Again. We're already ten miles away from the apartment!"

Felix and Jooyeon just stare at each other, Gunil, and the manager.

And then they both ran.

The younger ones chased after them.

Gunil just stood there.

In pure disbelief.

"We didn't do anything, on god."

"Felix..." Jooyeon calls out, his name echoing throughout the small apartment. Felix walks out of his room. "Why the fuck are there glow-in-the-dark stars on my ceiling? Where did you even GET glow-in-the-dark stars?"

Felix laughs, and points at the ceiling in the living room to reveal even more stars. Jooyeon just stares at him.

And at the ceiling.

And then his gaze moves to the kitchen ceiling, and more stars are laid out across the popcorn ceiling. And then he looks toward the hallway, and he can see into Felix's room from where he's standing in the doorway.

"Why the fuck are there stars all over the ceiling. Felix, where did you even GET the stars?" Jooyeon asks.

Felix walks over to the back of the couch, climbs on top of it, moves the tile in the ceiling, and brings out one of those big bags– the ones that usually come with a bunch of small objects inside of it– and Jooyeon fucking groans.

"Felix. Why do you have a bag of 500 glow-in-the-dark stars in a bag in the ceiling? Where the fuck did they even come from?"

The question of why there's still some in the bag goes unquestioned. Jooyeon is just so damn confused. Why are there so many stars? Why are they on the fucking ceiling? Where did they even come from? How did Felix put hundreds of stars on the ceiling within the two hours that Jooyeon had been gone?

Felix giggles and puts the bag back into the ceiling.

"I heard that you liked stars, Jooyeon, so I got you stars."

Felix doesn't mention how he put stars in everyone else's rooms too. Hyeongjun and Jooyeon shared a room.

Felix may or may not have put stars on every single surface he could manage in their room. More stars can be found on the roof of Jungsu and Gunil's room too. Felix put stars on the ceiling of his room, and Seungmin's.

Jiseok's was locked, but he would put stars in there eventually. (He just didn't feel like taking a knife to Jiseok's lock for the sake of the younger boy's privacy. Felix may have gone into their rooms to put stars on everything, but in his defense, those doors were unlocked.)

Jooyeon took off down the hall, looking in every room only to find more of the stars.

"Did you put stars in Gaon's room?" Jooyeon asks.

Felix follows after him with the biggest smile on his face. "No. I'll ask him to leave his bedroom door unlocked tomorrow since I don't have class."

Felix liked his stars. Felix wanted everyone else to like his stars too. Plus, they lit up in the hallway in the middle of the night and that helped Jungsu with his fear of the dark. Liking stars, and having 1,000 glow-in-the-dark stars, with one of his friends being terrified of the dark and one being paranoid, really did have its pros.
