"What have you done?" Montague said, staring at Valeria, a mix of fear and concern in his face.

Valeria kept staring at the orange beacon, swirling and glowing an almost blinding light. "I've done it! I will have the power!" She said with a big smile.

Gunshots could be heard behind the two and Montague turned around to see Kavel running at them. "Underground!!!" He yelled and pointed back as gunshots flew past him.

Montague ran to Kavel and aimed his gun, taking out a few Underground members. A gunshot flew past Montague barely missing him, he had forgotten to make himself diamond.

Kavel was hiding behind a brick row of seats, next to Montague. "We're not all going to make it out of this." Kavel said peeking his head up to see all the Underground members and then looking at Montague. "They have every advantage on us."

Montague was leaning behind the row as well while he reloaded his gun. "Shut up, we'll be fine." Montague said trying not to think like that.

"No, we won't be." Kavel said noticing how Valeria had completely disappeared. "Your girl completely ditched us."

Montague looked back at Kavel, confused. "What?" He said before looking to where Kavel was looking and seeing Valeria was completely gone.

"Listen, I'll distract them and you run like hell." Kavel said staring Montague in the eyes.

Montague looked at him angrily, "No! I am not retreating, especially not without you!"

"Montague, for once don't be stubborn. You know we aren't winning this. Just go." Kavel said, unsheathing his sword and putting his golden fencing mask on his face.

Montague stared at Kavel for a moment before nodding his head defeatedly. He turned to diamond and got ready to run away.

Kavel waited till the Underground members were close enough before running at them and slicing a few. The second Kavel attacked Montague ran in the opposite direction, glancing back as gunshots flew by him, some hitting him, hurting him.

Kavel had sliced a few more members as a shot came straight at him, hitting his chest, knocking him down to the ground. Montague had seen this and stopped and turned around, "NO!!!" He yelled angrily as he aimed his gun and in a fit of rage, killed some Underground members. Gunshots were hitting him left and right and he couldn't take it anymore and continued running, sliding down a hill, completely blocking the Underground members view of him.

Montague leaned against the rock wall for a moment catching his breath and checking how many bullets he had in his last clip. He had only a few shots left, there was no way he was making it out of this, he couldn't fight or keep running like this.

Suddenly a black SUV pulled up and honked at him as the passenger window rolled down. "Get in!" Nisha shouted at him.

Montague didn't even question it, he just immediately opened the passenger door and hopped in. Nisha immediately hit the gas and they drove off.

"They said they were not going to hurt any of you!" Nisha yelled angrily.

"What are you talking about?" Montague asked, staring at Nisha confused. Where had she been this whole time and why was she here now?

"They promised me they would not hurt you guys if I helped them." Nisha said looking over at Montague. She may have absolutely hated The Society but she still cared about them.

"You trust those scum to keep their word?" Montague scoffed, not surprised at all.

"I thought they'd have some honor." Nisha said with sigh. "Where is Val?"
