You knocked on the door to Silvie's new bedroom in the Astral Express before letting yourself in. Silvie had finished unpacking her stuff, and was laying on her new bed, playing some games on her phone. You sat on her bed next to her.
"We're going to be leaving here in 2 days, you know."
"Mmhmm. Great." Silvie said as she continued playing her games.
"...Is there possibly something that you've forgotten on Punklorde, or...."
Silvie tried touching her body to make sure that all of her gadgets were still on her, and continued jamming on her phone afterwards.
"Nope, all of my stuff's still on me."
"I'm... not exactly talking about something, more like... someone."
Silvie went silent for a while.
"...I'll just text her as we're about to leave."
"Nuh uh, we're not just gonna leave with a random text anymore. You've gotta give her a proper goodbye this time."
"Don't wanna."
You were adamant.
"But you have to! After all... it's all thanks to her that I got my memories back... I won't forgive myself if I didn't at least try to return the favor. She still cares for you, and I think she'd be happy just to see you face-to-face again."
Then, Silvie paused her game and pondered it for a while. Then, she gave her response as she continued playing her games.
"...Fine. But we're only going to say goodbye and nothing else."
You let out a smile, and you watched as Silvie continued to play her games.
In the living room of a house, located in the suburban areas of Rainbow City, an old lady was sitting by the couch, watching TV. That was before she heard a knock on her front door, and she went over to see who it was.
As the old lady opened the door, she couldn't find anyone at first, but then tilted her head down a little and saw a girl with silver hair looking at the side of the door. She was fiddling her hands a little.
"Oh, Silvie! What a surprise. Do you... need something?"
Silvie was still fiddling her hands, and was avoiding eye contact with the old lady.
"N-Nothing in particular. Just... wanted to... p-properly say goodbye this time."
The arcade owner was surprised.
"Hmmmmmm? That's quite unusual for you. Did someone put you up to this...?" She said as she looked around the area, almost as if she was trying to find someone. Silvie then held the arcade owner's head and turned it towards Silvie's eyes, and they made eye contact for a while.
"N-No! No one made me... do this." She avoided eye contact right after. The arcade owner just giggled a little bit. Then, Silvie tried to say something else, but the words were struggling to come out of her mouth.
"I..."
"...I'm..."
Silvie tried making eye contact every time she tried speaking, but kept looking away right after she stuttered.
"...I'm... sorry... I'm sorry for... for everything..." Silvie was looking at the arcade owner's torso, and some tears were coming out of her eyes. The arcade owner saw the tears rolling down her face, and pulled Silvie into her arms for a warm embrace.
