I didn't finish my food, because I wanted to leave as fast as possible. Now I waited fifteen minutes early in Headmaster Craven's anteroom, and I very much preferred the solitude to Henry's company. I knew he wasn't happy with my behaviour, but I didn't regret a single word or look.
When I got called into the office, I felt weird. Being here with Headmaster Craven felt like home. Only that it wasn't anymore, because I kept a secret from him now. He wouldn't discipline me while Henry was my dominant, and even though that should give me some kind of relief, it made me feel nostalgic. The fatherly figure he had represented was gone.
"Miss Evans. Please take a seat." His voice was so familiar.
"Thank you, sir."
Submission is so easy with the right person.
"So. How are you?"
I couldn't look him in the eye. I hated betraying him.
"I'm fine, sir."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, sir."
"Look at me."
I reluctantly lifted my gaze to meet his concerned eyes.
"What is going on? Talk to me, Miss Evans."
I sighed. "I'm really okay, the situation is just very new."
"I bet. I still don't quite understand what happened here. I didn't believe you would ever accept a dominant in this school."
"Well, me neither, sir" I replied and managed a small smile.
"So, explain."
Oh well.
"Your son managed to convince me that it would make sense" I said, not entirely sure where I would go with it. "He's very clever and not like the other dominants."
It was true. Henry was not like the other dominants.
Headmaster Craven watched me for a few more seconds, then he nodded.
"Yes, I see why you two fit very well. Henry's standards are very high, but so are yours. You two work."
Do we, though?
"But I'm warning you, Miss Evans. Henry is strict, and a sadist. You'll find your place in the dynamic, but I advice you to be careful."
Perfect, I very much failed at that.
"I will take it to heart, sir."
"And even though he is your dominant now, you are still allowed to come to me if you need help or advice with anything. I'm not going to interfere with your relationship, but my door is always open for you."
His words made my throat tighten with emotion. I really liked this man, even though he had made me go through hell many times.
"Thank you, sir. I appreciate it."
I was close to just telling him everything and begging him to not expel me from the school. He clearly liked me very much. Maybe he would have mercy? But just as I was really considering it, there was a knock on the door.
There he is.
I was once again blown away by how similar they looked.
"Ah, Henry. Good, sit."
"Good morning, sir."
Henry sat down in the armchair next to me. I felt his eyes on me, but kept my gaze fixed on his father. Headmaster Craven examined Henry and me for a few seconds, then folded his hands and sighed.

Romance"Don't worry, we'll get to the point where you do as I say just because I said it. That's submission, and you're more than capable of it." "I know what submission is, and you are not going to get mine" I shot back, enraged. We stared at each other...
