My Dearest Readers,
we are entering the last third of Westminster Academy, and I feel like it is about time that I address a few things.
Firstly, I want to thank you all. Thank you to every single person who has decided to join Azalea's journey, immersed themselves in this story, and became a part of this community. I am beyond grateful for all the support and encouragement I have received, and I can't believe I have reached so many kind, intelligent and passionate people here. Thank you.
Secondly, I want to emphasise at this point that of course this story is entirely fictional. It takes place at an unknown time, in an unknown location, and its only purpose is to entertain people like me who can't help but be fascinated by the game of dominance and submission, by the sweetness of pain and the agony of pleasure.
All that being said, I want to be clear on one more thing: the relationship between Azalea and Henry does not reflect a perfectly healthy dominance-submissive-dynamic. It is sometimes harmonious, and other times pretty toxic. I don't want anyone to assume that this is how a BDSM relationship in real life should work. Please stay safe and make sure that everything you do or have done to you is always consensual.
With Azalea and Henry, I have created two characters that are passionate and determined, but also flawed and imperfect. Their relationship changes throughout the book, like every relationship does, and they may or may not work it out together. But let me give you one small hint already: they are not going to have a fairytale ending. If you hoped for a sweet romance story, this is not one.
If, on the other hand, you hoped for a story of a young woman fighting her way through an unfair world, getting acquainted with love, hate, and everything in between along her way, and finding out that in the end, she needs to love herself before she can love anyone else, you might be right here.
And yes, if you were looking for lots of punishments, you're right here too.
Love to you all,
prettywheninpain

Romansa"Don't worry, we'll get to the point where you do as I say just because I said it. That's submission, and you're more than capable of it." "I know what submission is, and you are not going to get mine" I shot back, enraged. We stared at each other...
