The day her life will change...

Amber woke up early to get ready for school. She took a bath and change her clothes went downstairs and greeted her mom.

"Morning mom."

Amber pecks a kiss to the cheek of her mom.

"Morning too baby. I think you had a wonderful sleep and you're having a great morning. Is there something happened? Did you dreamt something good? Tell me."

Amber just smiled to her mom.

"Hmmm, Nothing new mom I just felt this day being great."

Her mom smiled to her.

"Okay now sit down have some breakfast first before you leave and go to school."

"Yes mom."

As Amber finished her food she puts her plate and utensils that she use in the sink and bid goodbye to her mom and kissed her in the cheeks.

"Bye Amber. Be careful. Okay?"

"Yes mom."

Amber says as she waved her hand to her mom. As Amber was walking to the walkway someone called her.

"AMBER!!!"

Amber looked to the direction she heard she was called and she saw Alex.

"Hey Alex. Good morning."

"Good morning Amber."

Amber smiled to Alex.

"You're going now to school?"

"Ahm.,, Yeah."

"You care joining me?"

So, the two walk side by side with each other. They talk a lot of different things. They haven't noticed that they have arrived to their destination.

"So Amber see you later at lunch?"

"Yeah sure. See you around."

They went to their individual classes. Time went by so fast its lunch time.

Amber went out to go the cafeteria. As she was walking to the cafeteria some kids bother her or worst bully her.

"Hey, come here."

Amber who she didn't mind and stop her path to the cafeteria. One of the kid of the group hold her shoulder and stop her.

"Hey we are calling you. Are you deaf?"

"Hmm Sorry if I didn't heard you guys calling me."

If only you called my name, I will surely look at your direction.

She mutters to herself. And she didn't know that she voiced out what she is thinking. So the guy, who told her to stop, heard her blurted out something.

"What did you say?"

"Oh nothing. I didn't say anything."

Amber smiles jokingly to the person. Moved backed away.

"What do you want?" Asked Amber nicely.

One of the kids moved closer to her and hugged her to the shoulders.

"We heard that you auditioned for that idol thing."

"Ahm. Yes why do you asked?"

The kid hugged her even tighter than before. " We just thought that you got the guts to go there and audition, from the way you look." the kid looked at Amber from head to toe and back.

"It's surely is that you won't be chosen." the kid then laughs and the rest followed.

Amber then removes the arm of the kid and backed away even further. She then inhales and exhales.

"Well its none of your business if I have the guts to go there and to try. If I know you surely wanted to go there but you're afraid to do so. And maybe you don't have the guts to do it."

Then Amber backs off then turns around and left the kids who are trying to bully her. Danny runs towards Amber and side hugged her.

"Yo, Amber saw that and you really did it. You made face to that kid. And I know you will make it! You'll be a Star.. Wow! Can't imagine that I'll be having a superstar bestfriend."

Amber nudge Danny to his side that made Danny backed away a little and made a dramatic act of being hurt.

"Amber that's foul."

"Suits you well Danny. You dream of me so big. I haven't been called or notified yet. So don't expect too much. Will you?"

"Amber I believe in your talent that you'll make it. Just promise me one thing."

Amber looked at her best friend questioningly.

"Yeah what is it?"

"Once you make it. Don't ever forget me, okay?"

"Danny, what drama is that?" Amber laughs at her best friend but Danny looked serious.

"Danny I promise I won't and you are one or should I say the only best friend I have that so believed in me. I won't forget our friendship that's a promise." Amber side hugged Danny.

"Thank you Amber. It means a lot." Danny said with a teary eye.

"Hey, Bruh are you crying? No crying bruh."

Danny quickly wipes his eyes and laughs.

"Who says I am crying no bruh. Hahahaha"

"That's better. Let's go get some ice cream. So freaking hot and I know that my bestie wants one since he is crying. Hahahah"

"Hey I told you I am not crying. But let's go it's your treat. No complaints."

"Yeah yeah.. My treat." Amber smiles seeing his best friend being so dramatic.

I am quite surprised of what Danny said. I so touched of how he values the friendship we have. I Promise I won't forget this bestie of mine.
