Staying with Leah last night was comforting, safe. I felt safe with her and that's what scared me the most, letting my guard down but for her, it was worth it.
"Shit, I forgot to bring my shorts", I sighed as I was running about in my Arsenal shirt and underwear.
"I wouldn't complain if you just wore those", Leah smirked as her eyes scanned my legs.
"Okay, so you're okay with everyone seeing me like this?", I said as the smirk disappeared from her lips. She just scowled at me before looking through her drawers.
"Here", she said throwing a pair of shorts at me. I raised my brow before looking over at her.
"Your shorts? Your Arsenal shorts? With your number on them?"
"Well aren't you observant", she joked as I pulled the shorts on over my legs. "Do you not want people to know about us?"
"It's not that, I trust our friends but-"
"You don't want the public to know?"
"Yeah, I'm sorry", I whispered as she pulled me into her chest.
"Don't be sorry, we can wait as long as you want, but let's tell the girls so they know you're mine", Leah said making me laugh.
"How long do you think it will take them to find out if we don't tell them?", I asked.
"Well the shorts on your legs are a pretty big tell, but we'll let them figure it out for themselves, I just don't want to hide you"
"What about Jordan?"
"She knows I like you, so it won't be a shock to her, don't worry", Leah said placing a kiss on my head. She's still her usual teasing and annoying self, but I've never seen her so attentive and so soft and it gives me so many butterflies.

"People need to stop pulling me into closets", I huffed as I just got pulled into one and turned to see Less, Katie, and Beth.
"Speaking of closets, mind telling us what's happening with you and Leah?", Katie teased as I scowled at her.
"Whatever you think you know-"
"Those are her shorts aren't they?", Beth said as a smile broke out on my face.
"We're getting to know each other", I said shyly.
"Aw look at you getting all shy", the girls cooed at me as I blushed.
"So she likes you back then?", Less asked with a smile on her face.
"You knew about this and you didn't tell me?", Katie pouted.
"Wasn't my place to tell", Less said holding her hands up.
"We were waiting for you lot to figure it out, but we don't want the public to know", I said glancing at Less as she sent me a look of understanding.
"I'm so invested in this now", Beth said as we walked out of the closet.
"Dame fuerza", I muttered as Katie held out her hand (Give me strength). I rolled me eyes and placed a £5 note in her hand to put in the 'jar'. They came up with the idea so it would stop me speaking Spanish in front of them because they don't understand it.
"It's a stupid jar", I grumbled as we walked into the changing rooms and I seen the jar with at least £50 in it.

I've been at Arsenal for over 2 months now and honestly, I'm so glad I made the move. We beat Reading, and Man City in the league, then beat Tottenham a few days ago in the FA Cup quarter final.
We're playing Aston Villa away today and me and Leah were running late for the bus. Totally my fault.
"Fuck, where the fuck are they?", I mumbled to myself as I basically turned my flat upside down looking for my shin pads.
"Found them!", Leah shouted from my room making me sigh in relief. We both hurried out to the car, it would take 10 minutes to get to Colney and the bus was supposed to leave in 10.
"Is your foot on the brake? Why are you going so slow?", I said as Leah scoffed at me.
"Maybe if someone hadn't misplaced their shin pads, we'd probably be on the bus by now", Leah said as I folded my arms and let out a huff.
"You know I have the memory of a goldfish", I mumbled quietly as I sulked in my seat.
"I know, baby, that's why you have me", Leah said as she placed her hand on my thigh and I blushed at the pet name.
"You're blushing again", Leah teased.
"It's just warm"
"The air con is on"
"Whatever"
"You're cute when you blush, baby", Leah teased again.
"I hate you", I grumbled as we pulled up to Colney and I got out of the car and walked straight towards the bus, leaving Leah to grab both our backs.
"Don't worry, babe, I'll get your bag, no sweat", Leah shouted from behind me as we both walked into the bus.
"Now what time do you call this?", Katie shouted from the back of the bus. "Saved you a seat De La Cruz".
"Sorry, had a bit of an incident", I replied.
"This one lost her shin pads, luckily I was there to save the day", Leah said.
"You know, I was gonna sit with you but you're being an ass, so I think I'll sit with McCabe", I said going to sit down but Leah pulled me into the 2 seats in front of Katie.
"Whipped this one isn't she?", I said to Katie as a few of the girls laughed.
"That's funny, remember when we first got together and you were practically attached to me like a koala?", Leah argued back as the girls laughed again.
"That is simply not true", I said glaring at her, knowing damn well it was true and if she asked me to jump, I'd ask her how high.
"Oh really?", she said raising her brow at me as she sneaked her hand and put it high up on my thigh.
"Yes, really", I said placing my hand on her thigh in the same place as we stared intensely at each other.
"Save that passion for the game", Beth teased as me and Leah withdrew our hands and Leah laughed at my very red cheeks.
