Leah's POV:
After about an hour, my mum went to get us some coffee and me and Less were still sitting either side of Liv when we heard a groan fall from her lips.

"Liv?", I said softly as Less left the room to find a doctor.

"Le?", she mumbled as she opened her eyes and I smiled.

"Yeah, yeah it's me", I choked as Less returned with the doctor who gave us the update on Liv earlier.

"Olivia? My name is Dr Adams, how are you feeling?", he asks as he approaches her bedside. "Do you remember what happened?", he asked as she nodded her head.

"Sort of, it's all a bit hazy", she mumbled as her brows furrowed together, trying to piece together what happened.

"Well, medically, you'll be just fine. You were injected with something called Midazolam. Its after affects causes drowsiness, a bit of pain where you were injected, headaches, and possibly sickness, but these should go away after 24 hours. We'd like to keep you here until tomorrow afternoon to monitor you, then you'll be free to go home", he said with a smile as Liv just nodded lazily.

"Is Amanda okay?", she mumbled as she looked over to me. I tried not to get alarmed at her sluggish movements because I knew it was normal.

"I'm fine, sweetheart", my mum said from the door as she walked in, setting the coffees to the side and placing a kiss on Liv's forehead, "I'm just fine", she whispered as Liv nodded and closed her eyes, her face showing obvious signs of discomfort making me look at the doctor.

"Headache, I'll up the dosage of pain killers so she can sleep", he said before leaving the room, leaving the 4 of us.

"I want to go home", Liv said to me as her bottom lip started to quiver and her eyes shed with tears. I was quickly by her side as I grabbed her hand and comforted her as best I could.

"I know, baby, I know", I said softly. Nothing could stop the breakdown she had though, as Less and Amanda left to give us space and Liv cried her heart out to me. It pained me to see her like this, it was horrible. The only thing helping is the fact that the detective assured me that Luis would never see the outside of a prison cell.

"Did they get him, Le? Please tell me they got him?", she asked shakily, her voice breaking as I climbed in beside her and she clung onto me.

"They got him, you won't ever have to see him again", I assured her as I soothingly ran my fingers through her hair.

"It's over?", she asked quietly.

"It's over, Liv", I said softly as I felt her breathing even out.

"I need a distraction", Liv said weakly from the passenger seat as we made our way home from the hospital. The symptoms had gone, but her body was still feeling weak, and she was of course, still very fragile from the events that happened yesterday.

"If you're feeling up for it, I can invite some of the girls round? Order some food and have a game night?", I suggested lightly as she smiled weakly at me.

"Sure", she said quietly as she turned her head to gaze out the window. I sighed a little, my heart hurting at everything she's been through and the fact I'm not sure what to do to make her feel better. Once we pulled up outside the house, I noticed her look out onto the street and close her eyes, trying not to relive what happened here not even 24 hours ago.

"Liv?", I called out to her quietly as she looked at me and plastered a fake smile on her face. We both got out of the car and I noticed the hurry in her steps to reach the front door and be inside so I made sure to quickly open the door and let us inside. She wordlessly walked up the stairs as I pulled my phone out to text the girls asking them if they want to come over.

I heard the shower running so I gave Liv some space and sat down on the sofa, putting the tv on for some background noise. After about half an hour, Liv returned downstairs in a pair of my joggers and one of my hoodies, hair wet and eyes red. She walked over to me, placing herself in my lap and cuddling into my chest. She grips onto me tightly as I run my hands up and down her back.

"The girls should be here any minute", I said quietly as she let out a hum and kept her eyes on the tv. "Is there anything I can do, Liv?"

"Just- don't leave me, please", she said, her voice sounding insecure as I tightened my grip on her.

"I'm not going anywhere, I love you", I said softly as I kissed her head.

"I love you"

I could tell the girls were walking on eggshells around Liv, but they were trying to be as normal as possible.

"I'll be right back", Liv whispered to me as we were watching the girls argue over who was winning in the board game they were playing. Liv got up from beside me and I went to follow her but Kim said she would go so I just nodded and thanked her.

Liv's POV:
I excused myself from the group and made my way to the kitchen to grab myself a glass of water. I was leaning against the counter with the glass in hand when Kim walked in and leaned against the counter opposite me. I offered her a small smile which she gave back before she started to speak.

"I know there's probably nothing I or anyone else can say to make you feel better, but I want you to know that we're your family, Liv. Whatever you need, we're here for you", she said softly. Her words made me choke up as I bit my lip to stop any tears from falling.

"I don't want everyone to look at me differently, like I'm fragile or some wounded puppy", I mumbled quietly as she pushed off the counter and pulled me into a hug where I cried into her shoulder.

"No one sees you any different, Liv, I promise. You went through something horrible, but you're Olivia De La Cruz to us, and we love you", she said softly as I felt a wave of comfort from her words.

"Thank you, Kimmy", I whispered as she ran her hands up and down my back.

"You don't have to thank me", she said pulling away as she wiped away my tears, "ready to go back in?", she asked as I nodded and we both made our way back to the living room.

"You're in mine and Meados team, De La Cruz!", Katie shouted once we walked back in.

"That's not fair, she's my girlfriend", Leah protested.

"Tough, we called her first", Beth said as I mouthed a sorry to Leah but she just smiled softly at me as I sat down beside Beth and Katie.
