“Seriously?!" I groaned as I heard a repeat of the words I’d hoped were just my thoughts. “What about all the preparations? All the…” I took in a sharp breath.
It was the eve of my nineteenth birthday, and I had decided to spend the last few hours of my nineteenth year on a date with my Beloved.
Still in my kneeling position next to my bed, I buried my face in my palms.
“Why?" I asked. “Why do you want me to cancel the get-together? I mean, it's not even a full-blown party, just a small gathering of my friends, family and affiliates. I've never done anything like this before. I thought it would be nice to just have a good time with everyone and celebrate the establishment of the orphanage.”
Being the sole heiress to my parents' fortune which they had decided to give me early, I had been able to perform such a feat with the help of my Beloved, Jesus.
Why then was He telling not to celebrate this breakthrough? Was there something I had skipped?
No, Anita…
Came His soft reply.
“Then why?" I asked aloud, close to tears. Why now? Only a few hours to the D-day?
There is a time for everything Anita, and this isn't the time to celebrate…
Suddenly, my consciousness shifted, and I wasn't in my room anymore. I found myself on a small boat which I paddled rhythmically with both hands.
One moment, everything was peaceful, and then the next, a loud roar disrupted the calmness. Goosebumps rose all over my skin as a huge reptilian beast lifted its head above the waters.
The sea began to churn like foam as the reptile slapped its fin-like arms over the water, causing waves to rise and crash. Panic crept into my chest.
I turned around desperately, but the shore was nowhere in sight. I couldn't paddle to safety.
What was going on?!
The reptile roared again, this time spitting flames out of its mouth. It became what a meteor shower would look like, raining down around me.
I choked as water crashed into my boat from the waves, soaking me. A ball of flame fell right between my legs, gouging a round hole beneath the boat.
My panic mounted as water seeped in from the hole. The boat began to sink with me in it.
I screamed as one ball of fire fell onto my shoulder, sending pain rushing through me.
Tears fell across my cheeks.
“Help!" I choked on a mouthful of seawater. “Jesus! Help me!"
I gasped as I found myself in my room again.
The enemy has seen your victory and is not pleased. He plans to catch you unawares in your celebration. You can't afford to let your guard down. This is the time for spiritual warfare…
I didn't need any more motivation to pray this time, speaking in unknown tongues as the Spirit gave me utterance.
The enemy would not win this one.

There is a time and season for everything.🙂
We should always rely on God to teach us to number our days so we can know what to do at every point and season of our lives like the men of Issachar who understood the times.🙏
May God help us🙏🙏
