Entering his eight months. Lan Zhan started to notice that Wei Ying was more tired than usual, and he was not the only one. Aunty Lin had prescribed him a tonic to help him but to no avail. Wei Ying had dark circles under his eyes. His face became sunken, and they just did not understand what the reason could be. Wei Ying was fine these last couple of months since they found out that he was pregnant, but it seems that something drastic had changed.

Upon examining him, Aunty Lin could not find anything wrong or why Wei Ying suddenly became like this. His spiritual energy stayed at a dangerous low level, and she had no choice but to ask Lan Zhan to feed him from his spiritual energy every half an hour. What she could not understand or comprehend was that the pup was fine. Healthy and in no need of draining his father spiritual energy like that.

Lan Zhan's himself was worried sick. His alpha as well. As Wei Ying's alpha, he was supposed to keep him safe. Protect him, and he can't do anything of the two. His mate needs him, and he does not know how to help him. He does not know what to do but feeds him his spiritual energy. The aunties and Ava were just as worried because Wei Ying is becoming weaker and weaker by the day, and if they don't do something soon, they might lose both of them.

While Wei Ying were resting the aunties and Ava and Lan Zhan were sitting in the living room because there was only one option if they wished to save both Wei Ying and the pups life.

"A-Zhan, I need your permission to cut the pup out. If we don't do it, we might lose them both. As far as I can tell. The pup is healthy and strong enough. I do not have an answer as to why A-Ying has become so weak all of a sudden, but this is our only option because A-Ying would never be able to give birth normally. So, A-Zhan, the last decision lies with you."

Aunty explained to a very worried alpha. His pheromones reeks of anxiety, fear, hopelessness, pain, and worry, and they could see every emotion of it on his face. They feel for them both, and they know it must be scary for the alpha, knowing that he could do nothing at this moment to help his omega.

"They will be fine. Wei Ying will be fine, right, Aunty Lin. You promise that you will save them both and nothing will happen to them."

He asked her with a voice thick of different emotions and a pleading look in his eyes that's simmering with tears.

"I promise A-Zhan. They will be fine."

She said as she stood up and walked around the table and hugged him tight his hands wrapped around her waist as he hugged her back.

"Everything will be fine A-Zhan do not worry."

She reassured him again before letting go of him, and she turned her attention towards Aunty Mei and Ava. No words were spoken as the two women stood up. Aunty Lucy and Aunty Luo also stood up and made their way towards the kitchen.
Everything after that happened at a fast pace. Clean cloths and hot water were thrown into basins. A-Ying were given a calming tea once they explained to him what they were about to do.

The three ladies got him ready, and Aunty Lin let her hands glide over his lower parts, numbing it. Aunty Lucy and Aunty Luo were sitting with a very anxious and worried alpha in the sitting room. Once Aunty Lin was sure that Wei Ying would feel no pain and that he was completely numb from the waist down, she started the operation. Aunty Mei and Ava made sure that she had everything that she would need.

Aunty Lin immediately started cutting layer after layer until she reached Wei Ying's womb all the while Aunty Mei cleaned away the blood as Ava keep a keen but observant eye on Wei Ying who is between awake and sleepy. Once she pulled out the little pup, she immediately gave it to Ava to clean and wrap in a warm blanket. When the pup gave its first cry, the alpha were out of his chair to rush into the bedroom, but Aunty Lucy grabbed his hand.
