The morning sun seeps through the curtains of your room, warming up the atmosphere as you toss and turn underneath the comfy sheets of your bed. Choso- who's conveniently shirtless, lays snuggly beside you. He turns on his side, directing his gaze towards the light flooding the room. He groans as he peeks his eyes open, raising his hand above his face with his palm to the window, shielding himself as his eyes adjust to the light.

He looks over to see you, still fast asleep after a tiring and stressful night of clubbing with your now ex-best friend Gojo. Choso takes a deep breath as he slowly pushes himself to a sitting up right position with his back against the headboard. His brown eyes scan you up and down for a moment, shamelessly taking in your beauty. He traces your curves above the blanket, barely grazing the fabric with the tip of his finger.

As you stir gently in response, he bends his upper body over you, leaning forward so that his lips hover above the skin of your cheeks. Just as he goes to kiss you, a frantic and pounding knock sounds at the front door of your apartment. Choso takes a deep breath as he sees you get startled awake by the sudden noise. He gently pecks you on the cheek as you rub the groggy sleep from your eyes.

The knock sounds at the door once more, a little louder now. You yawn and motion to get up, pulling the blankets down as you slowly start to sit up in your bed. Choso places a hand on your shoulder, gesturing for you to lay back down.

"It's okay, I got it." He says, slightly fearful and half expecting his least favorite white-haired nemesis to be the one interrupting your originally peaceful morning. He clears his throat, tossing the blanket over him to the side. He snatches his t-shirt and pants from off the floor and makes his way to the front door.

The rapping on the door starts again, but Choso pulls the door open to see a pale hand curled and prepared to knock on the wood once more. Immediately, they stare at each other as if all the air was just sucked out of both of their lungs.

"Oh." They both utter in unison, surprised by each other's presence.

"What are you doing here, Yuki?" Choso asks, his tone of voice is flat but not angry.

She holds her breath for a second and folds her arms over her chest, looking away from him.

"I thought this was Y/N's apartment." She mutters.

"This is." Choso replies with a deadpan tone. He peers back into the apartment and then steps outside, closing the door carefully behind him. "Were you hoping to speak with her?"

"No." She answers bluntly.

"Then, why are you here?" He asks with a suspicious tilt of his head.

"I wanted to see if what you told me was true." She states, turning on her heel and walking towards the fence. Her hair swishes against her back with every step she takes- something that Choso used to admire, but now, it's something he barely notices as he keeps his gaze directed towards the horizon.

"Why would I lie about that?" Choso retorts, not following her over to the railing of the second floor platform.

"I thought maybe she was just some façade." Yuki admits shamefully but honestly. She clears her throat and takes a cigarette out of the purse hanging at her waist. "I thought maybe you still felt something for me."

She takes her lighter and ignites the end, puffing on it to cope with whatever is bound to happen next between her and Choso.

"So." Choso says, a little smirk playing at his lip as he prepares his words in his mind. "Gojo Satoru, huh?"

Yuki laughs half-heartedly at Choso's playful pass at her, blowing out the smoke after turning her head away.

"What can I say?" She says with a shrug, returning the same playfulness back to him as a distraction from dwelling on all of the things they could have been if she simply just stayed. "I guess I can see a little of myself in him."
