28th July 1995 PRESENT DAY
REMUS WASNT STUPID, in fact he knew from the moment Dumbledore suggested Sirius to stay inside Girmmauld Place that he wouldn't follow through. So whenever the house became a little too quiet Remus knew Sirius had left and he let him.
What Remus didn't expect was a very frantic Sirius to slam the doors of the house and run straight towards the kitchen where he was sat.
"She's alive!" Sirius yelled out, though he was out of breath.
"Athena's not dead Remus , the Daily Prophet lied, I saw her in the park 3 minutes away from here and she has children , two of them and she has a husband ; she's one of those muggle healers !" Sirius said though it sounded more like he was shouting.
"We need to tell the order now , get Molly and Arthur down here right now Remus she's alive!"
No she can't be alive Remus thought to himself . He remembered all the newspaper articles that came out 15 years go on the Daily Prophet. He remembered how hurt Sirius was . How broken James was . Regulus and Athena are dead.
"Sirius please don't joke around like this , she's been dead for 15 years she simply can't be alive and she simply can't have children!" Remus tried to reason to Sirius but all he did was shake his head.
"No Remus you don't understand, she's alive I saw her with my own eyes , why would I lie about this?" Sirius yelled getting more frustrated .
Molly and Arthur had walked into the kitchen at this point due to the argument that could be heard upstairs.
"Molly, Arthur please call the order immediately. It's Athena she's alive!" Sirius said as they entered the kitchen "My sister Athena is alive I saw her with my own eyes!"
"Sirius how could you have seen her , you know you aren't supposed to leave the house!" Molly snapped causing Sirius to grow red from anger .
"I don't care Molly!" Sirius yelled."my sister is alive why aren't you listening!"
"Sirius please be reasonable, we can't just call a meeting with the order just because of what you saw .... I mean how do you even know that it was Athena you saw , it might have been someone else?" Arthur suggested trying to calm the situation down . He knew his children were listening from the door .
"Arthur please I wouldn't be this upset if I hadn't seen her , but I did see her she's very much alive!" Sirius replied
"Fine , we'll send an owl to the order and hold a meeting tomorrow !" Remus said hoping this would be enough to calm him down .
"Thank you Remus" Sirius said as he watched Molly and Arthur leave the room to go write an owl.
Sirius then reached for the pack of cigarettes that laid on the kitchen table gabbing one and lighting it with the muggle lighter Remus brought, slowly bringing the cigarette to his lips as he inhaled the tar.
"Molly doesn't like when you smoke in the kitchen Sirius!" Remus reminded him.
"This is my house Remus I'll do what I like, she'll do best to remember that!" Sirius said as he rolled his eyes exhaling the smoke from his mouth.
"Listen Sirius I know that so much has changed in the last 10 minutes but please be patient with everyone around , we all want to help you!" Remus said as he picked up the pack of cigarettes off the kitchen table.
"Remus I appreciate everything you've done for me but don't tell me to be patient when I've just seen my sister who I thought was dead , very much alive and whats worse she had children and a husband, a whole new life that no one knows about, so Remus please don't tell me to be patient when I've been patient for 12 years!" Sirius snapped as he left the kitchen. ___________________________
A/N : Guys I promise I actually have a plot to this and we will go into the Mauraders era . I'm thinking two more chapters of the golden trio era and then the real plot of James x Athena love story will come !! .
