THE STANDS WERE ROARING WITH EXCITEMENT AS EVERYONE was waiting for the Slytherin vs Gryffindor match to start.
Athena hated quidditch matches, as she would have to sit in the cold for Merlin knows how many hours whilst everyone was being obnoxiously loud once their respected teamed scored. But she is here for Regulus like always.
Pandora was very strange at first glance, she was mostly know for talking to herself and being the black sheep in the lestrange family. Athena never payed much attention to her during parties she was invited to but as she sat next to her she realised how incredibly wrong she was. Pandora wasn't strange but actually really kind and thoughtful with her words. She always knew what to say and had a welcoming aura around her.
"You look very annoyed Athena?" Pandora said whilst twirling a curl in her hair
"I'm not , just really cold and they're taking forever to start the match" Athena said pulling her scarf tighter
"Here I'll cast a heating charm on you" she offered and smiled once Athena accepted.
"Thank you Pandora" Athena said "what a beautiful necklace you have" she smiled as Athena took a look at her necklace, it was very different and she couldn't figure out what it could be.
"Oh thank you Athena, it's actually a butterbeer cork, I can make you one if you'd like, then we'd be matching" she beamed.
"I would love that , thank you!" Athena smiled as she saw how happy Pandora got.
"Oh look they've started now!" Emilia said as she pointed to both the Slytherin and Gryffindor teams walking out.
The stands immediately erupted into roars as each Captain of the teams were shaking hands though it looked like the Slytherin captain, Edward Flint,was trying to break Potters hand.
"Welcome everybody to our first match of the season!" The crowd cheered louder. "Our Gryffindor team looking as fierce as ever. Chasers Emmeline Vance, Marlene McKinnon and Mr James Potter himself, Beaters Sirius Black and Alex Montgomery, Keeper Frank Longbottom and Lastly seeker Dorcas Meadows"
It didn't take long before someone was already injured, Gryffindor beater Alex Montgomery got the nasty end of Theodore Nott bludger but miraculously is still playing.
The score was 50-20 with Gryffindor in the lead, Slytherin team was now getting annoyed and had started to play very rough.
"Oi you could have broken my rib with that bludger!" Gryffindor Chaser Emmeline Vance yelled
