AFTER DINNER STUDENTS MADE THERE WAY towards their respected common rooms, expect for Athena and Remus who unfortunately had to patrol as they were prefects.
"Are you ready to go Athena?" Remus said as he moved from the wall he was leaning on.
She nodded and they started to make their way through the corridor
"I think we should patrol near the library first and make our way around the castle?" He suggested and started to walk as he saw she nodded.
The castle was quiet as many students whether either sleeping or in their common rooms. The portraits that hung quietly had also slept and all was seen was the light from the moon as it caught the windows, casting a gleam over the walls.
Lupin hadn't spoken a word which Athena appreciated. He was one of those students she disliked through association. She didn't hate him as she had no reason to but he had loud friends, so she assumed he is the same but now that she think about it she had never really heard anything bad about him, not a single thing.
As they both rounded the library Lupin decided to start a conversation seeing as the air around them felt a bit to awkward.
"So how's 6th year treating you?" He asked, though she's doesnt think he really cares.
"Decent I guess, loads of work though, and you?" Athena shrugged.
"Too much work, don't think I've had a good nights sleep in a while!" He joked.
"You and me both!" Athena laughed lightly.
They'd been patrolling for little over an hour now talking about all sorts of things such as different classes they both take, silly gossip and conversations about books.
"Lily tells me she gave you her Pride and Prejudice book?" He asked.
"Yeah she did, don't see why it's important?" Athena said hoping he would drop the conversation. She didn't need another people knowing she associated with a muggle born, her parents might find out.
"She only said because I had asked for the book, she hasn't told anyone if that's what you're worried about?" He said reassuring me, she understood now why Sirius liked Remus so much.
"I'm not worried... Pride and Prejudice is pretty good so far but I still prefer my healing books" Athena replied.
