Scarlett's POV:

"Yes" Luna says sternly to her father, as her and her sister stand up quickly. I furrow my brows at the two, as Ward stands up quickly, a look of anger coating his face.

"Luna what the fuck were you thinking! Do you know the danger you have just put this family into? Not just us, your whole family!" Ward yells at the girl, his eyes now a blood red color. Livia and Luna stand their ground, their red eyes locked onto the man as Diana begins to stand up too.

I stand up quickly, causing Luna to dart her eyes over to me before immediately going back to her father.

"Yes dad, I know the risks I just put this family into! But you don't know her like I do, she wont tell anybody." Luna speaks, her voice getting louder after sentence.

"Luna shes fucking famous! One word about this in public and we will have to surrender! There will be no more future generations, and our legacy wont be carried on. Do you know what the fuck that means for this world?" He screams at his daughter, his words cutting deeper into Luna's heart, but she continues to stand looking toward the man.

"Dad, Ive come up with all the possibilities, she wont tell a single person about any of this!" She says, and her eyes immediately drift to me. "Will you tell anybody about any of this?" She asks me calmly.

"No, I will not tell anybody about this." I state calmly, directing my eye contact toward the man, he's anger filled eyes burning holes into mine. "If I need to, I will sign any kind of contract I need to. On my life I wont tell a single person about this." I say.

The man draws in a breath, slowly closing his eyes as he tries to calm himself down.

"Luna, Im trusting you with her. If she even says a word about this to the world, she will be gone and there wont be a trace of her. You know the upper heads will not stand for this." He says, calming himself as he slowly talks to his daughter, in which Luna nods her head softly at the man, calming his nerves.

Within seconds, the man left the room with Diana trailing after him. Livia gives us a small smile, before turning away and quickly going upstairs.

"Baby, i'm so sorry" Luna says, as her feet take control and she comes and swoops me up into a hug. Her hands rest tightly onto my waist as her head lays itself onto my shoulder. I slowly wrap my hands around her neck, embracing the comforting hug shes giving me.

"Im fine" I say, giving her a small smile to try to clam her nerves.

"Let's get out of here" She states, and grabs my hand leading me out the front door without another word. She quickly opens the driver seat door, as she slides into the car before slamming the door shut.

She starts the car quietly, as she pulls the car out of the driveway and drives off back to my apartment. I stay quiet the whole drive, hoping that maybe she would break the silence, but she never did.

The steaming hot water traveled down my body. I was enclosed in the foggy shower, nothing to bother me but my thoughts.

I ran the soap up and down my body as my mind ran with thoughts about the events of today.

Will her parents like me? What if they decide they don't, will me and Luna have to break up? Will they have to kill me? Will I ever be trusted again?

Currently, Luna is the best thing in my life. Luna might be the best thing to ever happen to me.

Almost. She is almost the best thing to ever happen to me.

But shes not. He was. He was the best thing to ever happen to me, and nobody could ever even be close to competing with him.

He was the best man the world would ever see. He was kind, he had the most gentle and purest heart out of everybody i've ever met. He always had a bright smile on his face, no matter how dark or deep things got, he always found a way to stay positive about the situation.

He was the best father I could've ever gotten, I haven't seen a father even be close to him.

It's okay, kiddo. Remember, scratches show what you went through. It shows that you survived what you went through, and that to me, is so brave sweetheart.

My dad's word repeated over and over again in my mind. The words he used to say to me when I was younger. Like when I fell off my bike, or when I would accidentally bump into something.

I looked down at my upper thighs, the small red lines dotting at my skin. A constant reminder of what I went through. Scars of "bravery" as they were called, yet to me they had such a deeper meaning.

The tears over flooded the rim of my eyes, as they quickly traveled down my face, soaking up my cheeks as they became brightly pink. I stepped out of the shower, quickly throwing on a oversized tshirt and a pair of underwear, sliding on a pair of shorts to cover my thighs as I tucked my hair behind my ears. I quickly left the bathroom as the tears kept flooding down my face, as they got heavier as I made my way into my bedroom.

"Hey Scarlet- What happened?" Luna asks, quickly standing up from my bed and turning all of her attention to me.

"Get out, please" I say, almost in a soft whisper, my voice cracking at my words, as I look down at my feet.

"Let me hel-" Luna went to say, before I interrupted her.

"I said get out!" I say, raising my voice as the tears finally break free, sobs left my throat as I lightly pushed the woman away until she was at the doorway. In a matter of seconds, I slightly pushed her out and shut the door.

My sobs just continued to get worse and worse as my voice croaks at each sob that left my mouth. My throat hurts after every cry that leaves my throat.

I slowly climb onto my bed, getting under the covers and laying to my side. Closing my eyes as I continued to cry more snd more, the tears seemed never ending.

A/N: Heyy, I just got back from vacation, but heres another chapter for you all. This book will probably be done in the next 10ish chapters, and then I will get back to updating "Always and Forever"
