Luna's POV:

I was awoken from my sleep by the ringing of my phone.

I slowly stirred awake, my eyes slightly open, as I reached for my phone on the nightstand, as I quickly answered the call.

"Hello?" I say into the phone, awaiting a response.

"Luna, you need to get down to the bunk room as soon as possible. Theres been an emergency." My father says, his voice echoing through the phone.

I quickly sit up, now being more awake than ever. I quickly get our of bed, making my way to the bathroom.

"Dad, what happened?" I ask the man, as I begin to take my clothes off.

"I cant say over the phone, but it's urgent. Hurry up." He says, before quickly ending the call. I sigh, before quickly hopping into the shower.

What could have happened? And why was it so important?

I let all of the thoughts about what could be so urgent rush through my head, as I washed my body under the steamy hot water.

Scarlett had a bad dream last night, that she obviously didn't want to talk about. I stayed up an extra hour incase she had another bad dream, but she just slept peacefully, clinged onto my body the whole time. Just a few hours ago I was able to get some sleep again, atleast enough to get through the day.

As the hot water droplets slid down my body, I only had one thought in my head as I got out.

Can we protect everyone?

I wrapped myself in a black towel, drying myself off before walking into my walk-in closet. The dim lights slowly turned on as I walked in, causing me to go over to my clothes. I grabbed a grey long sleeve shirt, and my usual pair of black dress pants.

I quickly slid my clothes on, before grabbing my phone off of the bathroom counter, checking the time.

5:28 AM

I sighed, before sliding my phone into my back pocket.

As I walked out of the bathroom, I took a look at the beautiful girl sleeping in my bed. She was sleeping so peacefully, her body spread out across the bed, with her dark hair spilled all over the pillows.

I smiled slightly, before hesitantly leaving the room, which I locked behind me.

I walked down the familiar marble floors, before making my way to the elevator. I pressed the 5 button, as the doors swiftly closed, as the elevator quickly made its way down to the 5th floor.

A fee moments later, the doors of the elevator quickly opened, causing me to swiftly walk out. I saw my whole family, my Mom and Dad, my grandparents, and my Aunts and Uncles.

"Whats going on?" I ask, making my way to the center of the room.

"Your Aunt and Uncle were taken. Luna, the Hunters are coming after all of us. We have to act, now. We cant wait any longer." My father says, tightening his jaw as he spoke his last words.

"Luna, honey, what do you think we should do?" My mother asks me, a look of concern growing on her face.

"We cant lose anyone else, the more of us they take, the less help we will have to defeat them. We need to stop them from taking anybody else." I state.

"So how do we stop them?" One of my grandma's ask.

"Im putting All of us on lockdown. Everyone will stay in this house, nobody goes out and nobody comes in." I announce, giving my father a look, which he nods his head to in approval.

"Me and my father already made a plan, which will now begin Tonight. All of you here will be participating, any other family will be known of our plan incase anything goes sideways." I say, sighing internally. This is a good plan, but I didn't want to act it out so soon.

"Whats the plan?" My mom asks me, leaning over the table in the center of the room.

"Me and my Father have located Livia's location. It's the Hunter's main boss's house, he is named Mark. The Hunters know we are coming, they just don't know when. At 8pm tonight, everyone will meet up in the main hall. We will then be split into groups, which will indicate which part of the house we will be coming in from. My grandparents will be going through the back, while taking out all guards in the area. You are basically the backup group. Most of my Aunt's and Uncle's will be going through the main door, taking out all guards and security in the way. Me and my parents, accompanied by Mary and Drew, will be going through the roof. Our main goal is to release Livia and my Aunt and Uncle from them, while also defeating the hunters. Does anyone have any questions?" I say, letting out a breath I didn't know I was holding in.

Silence held the whole room, answering my question immediately.

"Good, I now have some business to attend to. 8pm Tonight, all of you must be there." I say, before walking away from the crowd and entering the familiar elevator again. I quickly pressed the 2 button, watching as the elevator door closes, rising up until it halted. I swiftly left the elevator, quickly unlocking the door with the code. I swung the door open, just to see Scarlett still sleeping peacefully in our bed.

I let out a sigh of relief, as I quickly took off my shoes and slid into bed with her. I wrapped my arms around her waist from behind, tightly holding her closer to me as I snuggled my face into her neck.

A fee moments later, I felt her squirm around in my arms. I quickly opened my eyes to see that she turned around, her face now infront of me. I smiled slightly, as she started to stir awake.

"Goodmorning baby" I say, causing her to hum in acknowledgment, clinging onto me as she shoved her face into the crook of my neck, exhaling slowly.

"Hi" She says softly, before pulling away from my neck.

"How did you sleep princess?" I ask her

"Good, you?" She says, asking me the same question after.

"Good, didn't sleep much though." I admit to her.

"Im sorry, is everything okay?" She asks me, running her small hands up my arms.

"Our plan, for the Hunters, its tonight. My aunt and Uncle were taken, and we cant risk anybody else. We leave at 8 tonight." I say, sighing as I snuggle my face into the crook of her neck. I inhale her usual vanilla smell, before exhaling a long breath.

"It's all going to be okay Luna, you will get them back, everything will be just fine. Everyone will be okay." She says, soothing me as she continues to rub her hands up and down my toned arms.

"Im just scared, especially with you. I don't want anything bad to happen to you." I say

"I know, but I promise I'll be okay." She assures me.
