Third P.O.V.
Harper was in her truck just a few minutes from Storybook. She had said her goodbyes to her siblings and congratulated her brother before leaving. She hadn't called Emma telling her that she was arriving soon. She passed the sign of Storybook and soon saw the buildings. She headed to the police station where she knew her sister and David would be.

Harper parks the truck and gets out grabbing her things before walking inside where she sees Emma and David at their desks going over some paperwork. Felix was still in the cell.
"Are you guys having a hard time?" Harper asks leaning against the wall with her arms crossed.
Emma quickly looked up and ran over to her sister. She hugged her as Harper hugged her back tightly. David walked over and when Emma let go, David took her spot.
"It's good to see you two." Harper said with a smile.
"And to you, Harper." David said with a smile.
"How was the wedding?" Emma asks catching the attention of Felix.
"It was amazing. I just wish you and Henry were there so you two could see Ian getting married." Harper said.
"Well there's always Debbie, Carl, Liam, Lip or even you." Emma said with a smile.
"I don't think either myself or Lip are getting married. Even though he has a son with his current girlfriend." Harper said.
"When did Lip get a son?" Emma asks.
"Long story. Tell you later." Harper said. "You missed a lot back home."
"What's his name?" Emma asks as they sit down.
"Freddie Gallagher. But Lip and his girlfriend call him, Fred." Harper answered.
"Who's Lip's girlfriend?" Emma asks.
"Her name is really weird. But her name is, Tami Tamietti." Harper answered.
"You're right that's a weird name." Emma said.
"Don't worry her sisters also have weird names. Her eldest sister is named Cami with an "i" and her youngest sister is named Cory. Cami is married to a guy named, Brad who used to work with Lip and Cory is currently single which is a good thing because she flirts with any man." Harper answered.
"I've missed so much." Emma said.
"Don't worry there's a whole lot more." Harper answered.
"That doesn't make me feel better." Emma said.
"Harper, I got you some more papers!" David said.
"Oo, I love paperwork." Harper said grabbing the papers from David and sitting down at the desk that was in front of the cells.
The two adults laughed.
"Hey, me and David are going to Granny's. Do you want anything?" Emma asks.
"A black coffee and several bagels would be alright." Harper said not looking up from the paperwork.
"Okay, see you later." Emma said before she and David leave.
It was quiet for a bit.
"So, they decided to just put in that cell and not give you a room to lock you in?" Harper asks not looking up.
"What?" Felix asked.
"You shouldn't be locked in a cell. More like a room where you have more leg room." Harper told him.
"Well, your sister and the man put me in here. Meaning I've been here since we got back." Felix answered.
"I'll talk to them about getting you into an apartment where you have room to walk around." Harper told him sincerely.
"Why are you doing this?" Felix asks.
"Because, people like you deserve a second chance." Harper told him.
Harper finished with the rest of the work and put it in David's office. When she walks out she sees Henry talking to Felix.
"Henry, what are you doing here?" Harper asks making her nephew freeze.
"Aunt Harper! When did you get back?" Henry asks turning around.
"Just about an hour ago. Aren't you supposed to be in school?" Harper asks.
"It's half day." Henry answered, looking away from Harper.
Harper knelt down in front of her nephew.
"Henry, I know you're lying and you better tell me the truth." Harper told her nephew.
"Alright, ever since mom and grandpa David brought him here. I've been talking to him." Henry said.
"Do they know you talk to Felix?" Harper asks.
"No." Henry answered.
"Do you think, your sister and David would be okay with what we were talking about?" Felix asks causing Henry to look at them confused.
"What?" Henry asks confused.
"I was thinking of asking your mom and David if they could move Felix from this cell to an apartment where he can walk more freely but is locked inside the apartment." Harper answered causing Henry to look at her shocked.
