"Ms. Gallagher, you want to tell me why your father should be declared unfit?" The judge asks.

Fiona looked from the judge, to her father and then at her siblings.

"We were living out of a car once." Fiona starts. "Uncle Nick had kicked us out. We couldn't find anyone else who'd take us in. Lip, Harper, Lip, Emma and I were sleeping in the backseat when Frank pulled over. Middle of the night. Think it was Halstead. Told me and Emma to take Harper and the boys and sit on a curb, and he'd be right back."

"I remember this." Emma said.

"This memory or what she's talking about?" Rumple asks.

"What she's talking about. I remember it very vividly." Emma answered.

"Me and Emma were six. Few hours later, we're still sitting on the sidewalk, Ian and Harper's heads are burning up. He's hysterical. Me and Emma didn't know what to do." Fiona said. "So we ran down the street, Lip under one of my arms, Ian under the other while Emma carried Harper, trying to flag down help."

Harper's face is shown staring at her sister now realizing what she had to go through.

"It would have been easier scoring crack than a ride to the clinic. We finally made it on foot." Fiona said. "They said Ian had a fever of 104 and Harper had a fever of 106. Another couple hours, who knows?"

Emma was crying and being comforted by Henry who hugged her. Mary and David wanted to hug their daughter too but just let Henry hug her.

"We didn't find Frank till a couple days later." Fiona said. "First thing he had asked me and Emma were, how much money we had on us. I wish I could say that was the only time, but it was just the first."

"I never knew that this was Harper's life." Mary said sadly.

"It's the way we grew up in the Southside." Emma told her.

"Is it that bad?" Belle asks.

"Yeah, it is." Emma answered.

"My mother's bipolar and my father's an alcoholic and an addict. He takes what he pleases and he offers nothing." Fiona said as she looked to Frank. "No money, no support. I've done what I could to help raise my siblings. I wish I could have done more. I'm not asking for your pity or your admiration. I just want to be able to give these kids everything that they deserve, because they're great kids and they deserve better."

Soon the judge tells Fiona she has full custody of her siblings after a talk between Frank and the judge.

Emma smiles seeing her "twin" sister getting custody of their younger siblings.

"Good, job, Fiona." Emma mumbled.

They are soon sucked out of that memory before Belle picks another one. They are sucked into the next one which shows the Gallagher children all dressed in fancy clothes.

"Where's Harper?" Regina asks.

"I don't know. But I'm confused about the fancy clothing." Emma answered.

That's when the group and memory Gallagher children all hear steps coming down the stairs and they turn to see Harper, in a dress, hair done, makeup done, nails done and in heels.
