The next day, you knew you needed to talk to Butters about the weird feeling that happened yesterday evening. Butters was the one who'd gotten you into eating that special taquito, so maybe he'd know why you were somehow able to make your hand feel better.

Speaking of your hand feeling better, you looked down at your knuckles. There was nothing there, no bruising, no swelling. Last night you'd already noticed that it was going down, but didn't really notice it until you thought about it today. Extending your fingers out, and flexing them in and out of a fist, testing out your knuckles, you sure didn't feel any pain at all.

As you were putting your books away from your last period class which was Algebra II, you couldn't help but overhear a conversation going on behind you. They were female voices, but they didn't sound familiar to you at all. You weren't about to turn around and look at them either, just eavesdrop.

"Dude, did you see what happened to Kenny?"

"Yeah, someone gave him a black eye! Do you think it was his asshole parents?"

"I don't know, maybe it was his older brother."

"Who would dare hurt such a handsome face?!?!"

"Oh my god, don't get a lady boner. He probably deserved it."

"Don't you dare talk about my Ken like that!"

"Girl he doesn't even like you..."

Looking over your shoulder slightly, you were able to see that it was just a couple of Junior girls who must've been from different classes. You never really have seen any of them hanging around Kenny during passing periods, brunch, or even lunch, so maybe they were classmates? One thing for sure though, you didn't see Kenny's black eye. Speaking of... Did you even seen Team Stan today outside of class?

Shutting your locker after putting your math book away, you turned in the direction where you would most likely find the boy in the orange parka at this time. Since it was lunch, he was probably in the cafeteria with Team Stan. Making your way over to the cafeteria, you were interrupted by a cheery voice. "Hey, Y/N!"

Spinning on your heel, you see that it's none other than Butters. You smiled at him, waving and waiting for him to catch up to you. Butters walked with you into the cafeteria, where you both walked over to the lunch line to discuss matters between the both of you.

"So, last night... I really need to talk about it, Butters." You looked over at him, seeming concerned. "I've already noticed some changes, and... I just remember hearing something about it taking 24 hours but I already feel... weird." You noticed that he had gotten excited from hearing that you're finally feeling your powers coming in.

"That's wonderful!" Butters couldn't help but clap his hands together, and smile wide. "We should discuss this more in secret when we're not around people who can hear us, though. This isn't really the best place."

"I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking. I was just really nervous." You rubbed a hand against the back of your neck, and kicked your foot against the floor. "I-I can go into better detail about it later, but I think you'd have more answers than me."

"After school today, we don't have practice so you follow me and I'll... take us somewhere." He tried to be vague about it, as new students had joined the two of you in the lunch line now.

"That doesn't sound creepy at all." You spoke sarcastically, as you looked at Butters with a slightly nervous smile edging your lips.

"HOLY SHIT, THE GIRLS. THE GIRLS ARE FIGHTING!" A voice screamed out at the top of their lungs, gaining the attention of everyone in the cafeteria now, as there was a circle showing none other than Bebe, and Esther in the middle. These girls had their teeth gritted against each other, and almost lunging at each other but not before screaming at one another.
