First of all, thank you bahut saara to all those who chose my book to read.
I have always been insecure about myself while reading other Wattpad books that had female leads from all around the world except Uttrakhand.
They were slim and sassy, which made me insecure of my self and led me to think maybe people don't like Pahadis.
But what I realised was, people don't really know who we are.
Pahadi logo ki life bahut hi sundar hoti hai. While languages may divide us, what unites us is our common humanity and emotions. Uttrakhand is Devbhoomi that is devo ki bhoomi where the divine presence is believed to reside in its every corner. It is a place of peace and paradise.
The current generation often lacks knowledge about their culture, traditions, festivals, cuisine, and places of significance. Therefore, I aim to incorporate as much information as possible about our beautiful hometown in this book.
