" Don't worry so much Tae. He is already there, waiting for you. Stop sweating, you are going to stink later. " Yoonji only earned a dead glare from Taehyung for her poor attempt to make him laugh. She stayed behind as he almost rushed towards the main gate of the main palace with some of his guards following after him. Everyone seemed to be already there, which meant he was late. Was he too late?, he wondered. He knew he was indeed sweating too much, he couldn't tell what was the singular reason behind it. Maybe he was just nervous because he was meeting the queen from another kingdom. The robe Yoonji made him wear didn't help him much either.

It was a silk white, purple and ivory robe with fine and small pearl works scattered on it. It was one of his favourite robes and he never wanted to get it dirty. Seemed like life had other plans for him because he was now almost running through the grass of the garden to get to the figures that were standing at the other side of the garden. He was pretty sure at this point his robe got grass stains on it. He stopped running and walked slowly as "his" alpha's shitting eating expression, as he would like to call, came to his view. He took the place next to Jungkook while catching his breath. " I was never told that we had to match. " Taehyung heard the alpha scoff which made him finally take a better look of the alpha's outfit. Now this was getting embarrassing.... Jungkook was wearing an ivory dress shirt with a purple crystal- pearl pin along side his other millitary batches.

" Do you want to match my batches now or what? " Jungkook's cold tone brought him back to reality as he found himself staring at the alpha's shirt for way too long. Yeah, he indeed wanted those batches.... Not for him... He didn't want to see those batches on himself. Maybe he just wanted those batches on Jungkook only. ' He never wears them when he trains others. ', Taehyung thought to himself while rolling his eyes at Jungkook. This one was making him count the days till his heat because he no longer could blame the mark for all of his emotions.  Yeah, this was indeed because his heat was approaching after next three weeks. " I see... Cat got your tongue while I wasn't around. " The alpha's remarks were getting on his nerves, only if they weren't waiting for an important person...... " If you don't stop talking, my sword will get yours. " He muttered out in annoyance and got silence as reply. ' Finally ', he thought, mentally letting out a sigh of relief.

Taehyung was concerned about how the alpha's behaviour, aura, words were more gentle than it had ever been. It could be because they had to pretend to be a normally functional married couple, he just guessed so at least. Soon there were sound of horses along side soldiers greeting the queen on her way to the kingdom's castle. The main gate finally opened and there was many carriages that stopped in front of the rose path of their main gate. The omega assumed most of the carriages had queen's attendants till a long haired, tall and pale male figure set foot on the ground, now, it surely wasn't the queen. Instinctively, he was about to bow, only to be stopped by Jungkook who held his head up by his nape. " Don't. " " Oh. " Taehyung mumbled out while looking down, embarrassed about how his nervousness made him forget all of the royal etiquette he was taught since his birth.

Soon another figure came out of that same carriage, now she was the queen. Taehyung could easily tell just by sensing her aura. His parents greeted the queen first before the queen walked up to him to hold his hands and greet him. He could barely focus on the queen's presence after his eyes met with the tall long haired figure. Soon it was clear to him that the long haired figure was the prince when his parents greeted him. Oh... He was never told about this. He turned his head to the side to see the queen had already moved on to greet Jungkook who seemed way to calm for this. A surprised yelp left out of him when his eyes saw the pale prince right of him. This was getting more embarrassing. Taehyung smiled widely as a damage control. " Hyoung Leehan. Nice to meet you. " Leehan said as the prince's one knee touched the ground as he took Taehyung's right hand to kiss the back of it first before touching both of his eyes with it.

" T- Taehyung. Ki- Jeon Taehyung........ Nice to meet you too. " He mumbled out with with a forced smile while he prayed to the Moon Goddess that he didn't blush too hard. He would had to be red in front of everyone while his excuse of a husband was standing right beside him. He was in pure awe to say the least. Getting kissed on hand my a older omega was never on his to do list for today. Leehan was surely an omega, he could tell by his sweet honey melon scent. He could swear he never felt this flattered by anyone till now and..... Leehan did this as an omega?!, he couldn't comprehend. He licked his drying lips out of nervousness as he pretended to fix his robe. He noticed how Lehan didn't perform the same act with Jungkook. Both of them just bowed to each other with their hands resting on their chests.

After the greetings finished, they proceeded to make their way to their own palaces with the guests being left to be taken care of by the attendants. He and Jungkook were walking side by side till they reached his palace's garden. " Take it. " Jungkook said as he began to get rid of all of his pins and put them on the palm of Taehyung's hand, who was just dumbfoundedly standing there. " Don't lose them. " The older let out in a stern tone. ' He is back at it again. ' The younger thought to himself as he stayed silent. Without any words he watched the alpha casually walk towards the dominion palace that was just beside the garden. Jungkook turned around after covering some distance and glared at him. " Why are you still standing there? " The alpha gritted out as if he was already annoyed with his mere existence. " What do you want me to do?! " Taehyung exclaimed in annoyance as well. " Follow? " The alpha said with the 'duh' expression as if Taehyung could guess that he had to follow him.

The omega sighed out, trying his best to not cause a scene and make their guests learn about this mess. He swore this was getting harder and harder everytime.  " No. I won't. I'm going back to my palace. " The prince mumbled out in the calmest tone he could master at the moment before he began to head towards his palace. " You have to. I assigned all of the guards to guard the main castle and the west gate to assure our kingdom's visitors' safety. You can stay with me for now. " The warlord said as if it was the most normal thing ever. " I can stay there all by myself. I prefer to be in my palace without any safety than spend the entire day with someone like YOU. " The omega muttered out in an irritated tone.

" The last time you said that you were attacked by the weakest rival kingdom ever who just wanted to kidnap you and use you to blackmail us. Then they forcefully tried to make you submit by taking advantage of you being an omega. You couldn't even defend yourself from the pathetic unserious joke of a military force they were. At last you got vigorously stabbed by the warlord. That's how you hurt my pride too and not to mention how after that they were about to kill you if we weren't there at the right time............. Do you still want to stay all by yourself? " Jungkook let out in the coldest tone ever in one single breath. Taehyung looked at the alpha, not sure if he should be mad at the alpha for even mentioning the event in details that gave him intolerable PTSD.

Both of them knew Taehyung's answer at this point as his face grew paler by the passing second. Without any words exchange Jungkook continued on his track once again with Taehyung silently following him this time. With a short walk, they entered the dominion palace. He hated to be here so much... It stank just like it stank everyday. Maybe the alpha pheromones were less suffocating now. There was barely anyone present here today. He guessed it was because everyone among the kingdom went to visit the guests on their way to the castle. Why couldn't Jungkook take a break like others today, he wondered to himself without the courage or care to speak it into words.

" Don't go to the training grounds now. My robe will get dirty from the red mud. " Taehyung managed to mumble out while his eyes wandered around like usual. The alpha glared at him as if he was belittling him just through his eyes. " Maybe you can try to use your brain for once? Just change once we go back and get it cleaned later. " He takes out while still glaring at him. Jungkook was really resting Taehyung's patience at this point. He calmed down before speaking again. " Red stain- "
