"Haaaa..." An Eevee with silver fur let out a yawn as she traversed the courtyard. "I'm so sleepy..." She mumbled to herself. It wasn't as if she hadn't gotten much sleep the night before, but rather the girl was an expert in napping, and always had it on the brain. She was on the hunt for a comfy, sun filled spot to nap, when out of the corner of her eye, she spotted a Pikachu, toppled over in some bushes! What was she doing in there...? Was she napping? She shouldn't bother her... but wait... was she... groaning...?! Was she in trouble?!? Oh no!!! Amber approached the girl, a concerned expression strewn about her face. "Umm... helloooo~..." she greeted. "Are you okay...?" Amber asked.

Since she was on her own anyways.. as per her usual routine, Noa decided to scout out the area... for... 'reasons'. Secret reasons. Adjusting her scarf, so that it wouldn't get in her way, she took off in a run at 'ninja'-speed only to trip over nature. A startled squeak came from her as she hit the ground.. a little stunned.
The world was still spinning.. and she could hear things. Was it the voices of her comrades in the other world? Was it the god of death reaching out to her!??? She shook her head and looked up. A bright coloured Eevee was talking to her.
"..Ha? uh.." Noa shook her head again in attempt to collect what thoughts she did have. "Y-YES. Yes I am perfectly okay. I absolutely meant to do that, you see...!! Fwahaha!!"

"Ooohhhh..." Amber sounded intrigued as she heard the Pikachu speak. "Really? What were you trying to do?" She questioned with a tilt of her head. What mission could this gal possibly have? Amber wondered if there was anything she could do to help.

Noa jumped up into a sitting(-ish) position, "Fufu, you couldn't tell..?" she chuckled and flipped her hair. "I was surveying the area. You never know.. when.. they can be lurking around...." She leaned in close and emphasized the 'they'.

"T-They...?" Amber echoed, tilting her head in the other direction. "Who are they? Sorry if this is something they covered in class, I kinda... fall asleep a lot.. ehehe..." She bashfully rubbed the back of her head, blushing a little.

She looked at the girl with confusion, furrowing her brow. "Wha..? No..! As if they would teach you this in 'class'.. they don't teach you about the real things you need to know about..!!!" Noa jumped up suddenly and put her hands on her hips. Obviously she needed to share her wisdom(?).
" 'They'... the denizens of the other realm...! The bringers of chaos..! tsk... you're lucky I was here to warn you about this, they would certainly catch someone like you very easily..!"

"C-Chaos?!" Amber sounded surprised. Chaos? In this day and age? She thought all the wars were over... that they were living in a time of peace. Clearly she was wrong. "I don't wanna be caught..." Amber frowned. "What can I do...?" She asked.

Noa nodded. "Yes. Chaos. Not everyone is as aware as I, you see, of their presence." she puffed her chest out proudly. "Well.. you don't really seem like you'd be able to fight them very well..." Noa mumbled, as she looked her up and down. "..hmm.. I am a generous one. I will grant you my protection...! My skills are well sought-after. Hehe. What is your name, Shimmering one?!" As she finished her rambling, the Pikachu pointed at the Eevee in a rather dramatic fashion.

"Yeah, I'm not very good at fighting... ehehe..." She bashfully giggled, pushing her two pointer fingers together shyly. "But! But! My name is! Amber... I'm Amber! It's nice to meet you... hehe..." She introduced herself in a sort of way that would make you think she forgot about the sudden danger that was (supposedly) lurking about. "What's your name?" She added in query.
