A huge octopus like creature submerge out from the sea as it invades the land of City-J, people became petrified as they ran while the monster was taking over the streets, his hands spread out wide while it began to speak and laugh at the people below.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA! HUMANS! IF YOU WISHED TO BE SPARED FROM ANNIHILATION, TAKE HEED! I COME BARING A MESSAGE FROM THE DEPTHS!"

It continued to walk through the City while the civilians ran away and screamed, through the panicking crowd, a familiar Hero was riding his bicycle at a fast paste, his teeth clenched whilst focusing to arrive at the destination of where the Monster lays.

"YOU WILL SURRENDER THE SURFACE TO US! THE CLAN OF THE SEAFOLK! THERE AFTER YOU SHALL BECOME OUR NOURISHMENT, THY PITIFUL HUMAN SCUM."

The Octopus creature then looks down and sees the only bald man who was just walking up to him like he didn't care about how huge the monster is, the Octopus then leans down and points at the man, he began make fun of his appearance.

"WHAT A HEAD! ARE YOU RELATED TO AN OCTOPUS BY ANY CHANCE? MWHAHAHAHAHA-"

He was then cut off by a single punch to the face, and everything went black.

Mumen Rider had finally arrived at the destination, he skidded and stopped his bike as he took a look at the sight he was seeing, the citizens also began to check it out aswell.

"Look at this, and I heard it was that same guy again."

"What was his name..?"

"I forget...but he's super strong."

Mumen Rider panted and huffed when he saw the monster's upper half gone, it's legs still standing on the ground while the people around it kept muttering to one another. As Mumen was finally back home, he started to do his own research of his own on who this 'strong guy' was, he scrolled through the Hero Association website and sees the profile of Saitama, the comments were mixed opinions about the man, some say he was a fraud while the others say he is a really strong hero, that is until he saw one of the comments labeled Saitama's Class.

Mumen Rider: 'Class-C..?'

'I never seen him before... I've gotta keep up.'

He kept his gaze on the images of Saitama, becoming determined than ever before.

The next day was just like yesterday, but more of these Seafolk began to appear and invade the City but with more of it's kind, the creatures we're huge as they towered over the people.

"AAAA!!! Help!! Somebody!!"

A lady in a bikini screamed out as she saw multiple Seafolk emerge and taking over the town, one of the sea creatures held a person captive as they crushed cars and lampposts whilst charging through and creating havoc.

Squid Monster: "WE THE CLAN OF THE SEAFOLK NOW RULE THE SURFACE YOU HUMANS! IT IS USELESS TO RESIST!!"

As as the squid like Monster was about to eat the person he captured, it's tentacles was then sliced off right after, the monster irked and winced at the pain. The person who saved the individual from getting killed landed on-top of a car, smashing it in the process while his gaze never wavered off of the squid.
