The sound of waves crashing against rocks slowly pulled Sandra out of her deep sleep, and her mind started to wander through the darkness in her head. Then flashes of buildings, fires, gunshots, blood, and Newt, stripped her away from the darkness.

With a sharp gasp, Sandra sat up, her eyes flying open as she looked around. Parts of her body barked in pain, especially her right arm where she looked to see a bandage wrapped around the graze from a bullet. Slowly, she looked around the hut again, noting the wet rag of blood, different small containers of medicine, and then the pile of ruined clothes in the corner.

Sandra looked down at the clean clothes on her and then ran a hand through her hair which was unbraided with the smell of coconut. She furrowed her brows, the movement making her groan from a soft throbbing in her head.

"Where the flying fuck am I?" Sandra mumbled, quietly wincing as she stood up from the bed and her muscles ached.

Thomas ran through her mind, the memory of them on the roof and him with a wound. The last she remembered was him on the berg getting help from Brenda and Frypan while she was stuck on the roof with Teresa.

Sandra took in a deep breath, pushing the door of her hut open. A bright sun shone down on her, making her eyes squint as she stepped outside. A small gasp came from her when her eyes adjusted, looking at the ocean before her. Seagulls chirped, waves crashed along rocks and the beach, and a few voices echoed. Many mixed emotions ran through her body as she turned around, heading straight toward the many other huts built with people walking around and smoke going into the sky from fires. There were even large trees behind the huts, going up a mountain.

"Papá?" Sandra yelled, getting closer to the huts as a few people stopped, watching her frantically look around. "Carlos? Bren?"

"Sandy?" Jorge whispered, standing up from a log he was seated on beside Carlos who also instantly stood up at that name. "Where is she?"

Sandra passed the outer huts, walking closer toward the center of the small civilization where more people were. Some were gardening, talking, cooking food, and even laughing.

"Sandra!" Carlos shouted with a smile when he spotted his sister cluelessly looking around.

Others stopped what they were doing, watching as Carlos and Brenda sprinted toward the gaping girl with wide smiles on their faces. Sandra didn't have time to brace herself as the siblings pulled her into a hug.

"Shit, Sandy," Carlos breathed, hugging her tighter as a weak laugh came out of her while she wrapped her arms around them, trying her best to ignore the pain in her arm.

"You scared the fuck out of us," Brenda added, shaking her head.

Sandra pulled away from them, tears filling her eyes from the relief she felt knowing her brother and sister were okay. "Is this it? Is this the Safe Haven?"

"Hell yeah it is," Jorge said from behind Carlos and Brenda who stepped back, smiling at their dad as Sandra smiled. "You're a little shit, princesa," he chuckled.

"Just shut up and hug me, pa," Sandra laughed, hugging him as he placed a kiss on her head.

"Sansa? Holy shit!" Minho yelled, running toward her with Frypan and Gally close behind him.

Sandra quickly pulled away from her father, her eyes going wide as Minho literally tackled her to the ground, making a string of curse words fall out of her mouth as the others laughed.

"You shuck-face," Minho mumbled into her hair, almost squeezing the life out of her. "No more hero shit ever again. Never ever."

"Love you too, Mean Hoe," Sandra muttered with a laugh as she hugged him back.
