"Chorus is down the East hallway, just down here. You'll love the teacher, he's great." Baekhyun said as he and Kyungsoo led Minseok to their next class.
"Yeah, he's an amazing singer. And he's super laid back too. He even let's us call him by his first name, Onew." Kyungsoo explained. Minseok's eyes widened.
"Wait a minute. Lee, Onew? THE Lee Onew? Winner of Korea's Got Talent 2012??" Minseok asked, his smile getting wider. Kyungsoo laughed.
"That's the one!" He said. Minseok jumped and down.
"Oh my god he's my IDOL! He's my inspiration." He exclaimed.
"Well, if you're a good enough singer, you might become friends with your idol." Baekhyun giggled. They all walked down the long hallway together, laughing and talking until they got into the chorus room. When they opened the door, no one was laughing. Minseok's heart stopped when he saw Luhan talking with Onew. He smiled and shook Onew's hand, then sat down on one of the empty chairs. Baekhyun ran over to Onew.
"Hyung, what is he doing here?" He asked Onew in a hushed voice.
"Oh, Luhan? He just transferred here from the 6th period B day class. I'm rather proud to have him here, he is such a good vocalist." Onew explained to the frantic boy. Baekhyun groaned and went back to a panicked Minseok and a comforting Kyungsoo.
"What the hell is he doing here, why didn't you tell me he was in this class??" Minseok whisper shouted at Baekhyun and Kyungsoo.
"He isn't! Well, he didn't used to be. He apparently just transferred to this class today!" Kyungsoo whisper shouted back. Minseok hid his face in his hands. He had found out earlier that he had Luhan and Henry in his dance class, and all juniors had gym together. This meant, he had at least one rude, rich, Chinese brat to bother him in every single one of his classes. How was he going to get through a whole year of this?
"Don't worry, Minnie. We aren't going to let him pester you in here. Chorus is me and Baek's turf. We practically rule here." Kyungsoo comforted. Baekhyun smiled and nodded.
"Yeah we do! Kyungsoo and I are the best vocalists in school. We've been in honors chorus every year since the 5th grade! Luhan doesn't have a leg to stand on in this period. Maybe he was good back in 6th period B Day with vocalists like Kim Jonghyun and Chen, but not here." Baekhyun agreed.
"Hey, both Jonghyun and Chen are great singers, don't be rude." Kyungsoo nudged Baekhyun's arm. Minseok loosened up and nodded. He still didn't feel entirely comfortable with being in the same class as that brat but at least he had his friends here. Kyungsoo led Baekhyun and Minseok to three empty chairs in the front row. Minseok sat down and noticed there was another empty chair beside him. He heard movement behind him and turned to see a smirking Luhan getting up and walking towards the chair. Minseok panicked but calmed down when he saw a familiar face plop down next to him in the empty chair.
"Hey there, Minseok! I didn't know you had this class?" Junmyeon said cheerily. Minseok sighed and smiled at him.
"Yeah, I have it too. Oh this is Kyungsoo and Baekhyun." Minseok motioned to the two sophomores talking with each other. They both looked up and waved with smiles on their faces, then went back to talking.
"Alright class, quit the talking. Now, last class time I asked each of you to write a very short chorus to sing in class today. Let's start with Baekhyun." Onew quieted the class and pointed to the blonde boy. Baekhyun stood up and turned to the class.
"*sings Really, I Didn't Know*" Everyone clapped and cheered and Baekhyun bowed. He gave a quick smirk to the clapping Luhan, and then sat back down next to Kyungsoo.
