Chapter 12: Toxicita

Part 2: The Energy Bender

It was hours before the poisonous attack. A young woman bowed before Rockterra, who was sitting down on a throne. Her right cheek was resting on her right hand

“Lady Rockterra” The woman says

“Get up. I'd rather see your face” Rockterra says. The woman gets up and looks at her. Her black hair was in a bun, and had streaks of purple on it. She wore a blue denim jacket, black and white striped shirt, and black shorts that went just above her knees. She was of Hispanic Descent. Rockterra looked at her and smiled, “Pick a place. Kill as many people as you want, then lure Mila Messi into a trap. I’m sure she won’t be ready for your attack”

“Understood. I will do my best,” The woman says. She had a smile on her. Rockterra smiled back at her

Hours passed, and the woman attacked a random building. Killing hundreds of people. She came out of the building and stared down at Sydney, who was awaiting her

“You know about the Onyx Rings. I was under the impression only Lady Rockterra, Lord Astrolite, Lord Electroson, and Lord Warmonger were the only ones that knew about it. I hadn’t thought someone outside of them would know” The woman says

“Your name is Toxicita, a rather crude name for someone like you” Sydney says

The woman, now known as Toxicita, looked at Sydney angrily, “I take pride in that name”

“Sure you do. However, you will not be seeing the Enerbender today. I am your opponent”

Toxicita, closed her eyes and then made a sarcastic smile, “THEN SO BE IT!” Purple poisonous ooze begins to come out of her hands. She rushes and punches a hole into Sydney’s stomach. “A WEAKLING LIKE YOU COULD NEVER BEAT ME!”

“Weakling?” Sydney asks. Toxicita heard her voice from behind and then realized that she punched nothing. She turned around and looked and saw Sydney standing still, she yawned

“I was sure I punched her. How did she get there?” Toxicita asked herself in her head

“Simple. Who said you were the only Onyx Ring User in Japan?” Sydney asks her as she heard Toxicita’s thoughts.

Toxicita’s face became concerned but then her face became angry. She created various balls of poison ooze and threw it at Sydney. The latter swatted them away. Then Toxicita stomped on her foot and the ooze spread all over the street. Sydney used psychic barriers on her feet to keep the poison from getting on her.

“Is that it?” Sydney asks. Toxicita became more concerned as nothing she did was working. Then the ooze began to spread all over her body, then she charged and grabbed onto Sydney’s body

“HA! NOW YOU CANNOT ESCAPE ME!” Toxicita shouts. She stayed attached for two minutes, and then realized that nothing had happened, “Wait, WHY ARE YOU STILL ALIVE!?” Toxicita then noticed the psychic barriers that Sydney used as armor. The Poison User latched off, “This is impossible”

“Could you mind not latching onto my body like some weird pervert” Sydney asks

Toxicita became increasingly angry and worried. “HEY! TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!”

“I have been. Nothing you do works” Sydney says

“SHUT UP! I BET YOU’RE JUST AN ILLUSION!” Toxicita shouts

“Am I?” Sydney asks. Toxicita heard the voice from behind, and then looked back to see her standing there. She was punched in the face harshly. The Sydney in front of her disappeared
