Chapter 6: Mariana Mana

Part 1: Origins

Mariana Mana was always the more mature between her and Mila. Unlike Mila, she was fascinated by the abilities that were given to her from that tragic day fourteen years ago. Her energy color is purple, unlike Mila’s, who had a blue color. The one thing that truly separates the two is that Mariana doesn’t mind taking a life

Mila, Mariana, Eight Seven, and Nine Nine continued walking towards DC. It was late in the day and the sun was close to setting

“Hey, I’m a little curious about the two of you” Eight Seven says to both Mila and Mariana

“What?” Mila says as she turns to her

“Your energies radiate two different colors. Why is that?”

“I asked my dad about that around five years ago. He didn’t know” Mariana says

“Well, I guess he just knows what he knows”

“I like the blue color my energy has” Mila says

“Purple suits me better” Mariana says

“It goes great with both of your hair too” Nine Nine says to the two

“Never thought of it like that”

Mila and Mariana thought about how their energy colors would go along with their hair colors. Mila’s was blonde and Mariana’s was black. Eight Seven then heard some rustling in the leaves.

“Hey guys, someone’s here” Eight Seven says. Everyone then stopped and then looked around. A man in a white SJ uniform with a monocule came out. He was known as SJ000001

“Who the hell is this guy?” Mila asks

“No way…why is he here?” Eight Seven asks. Nine Nine grabbed onto her as the two trembled in fear

“The hell’s wrong with them?” Mariana thinks to herself as she sees the reactions from the SJ2 Agents

“SJ236187 and SJ236199. The deserters of the SJ2 Branch” SJ000001 says

“I’m going to ask you again, who are you?” Mila asks in a sterner tone

“Well, since you are so curious. I am SJ000001. For short I am known as SJ0. I am one of one member of the SJ0 Branch” SJ0 says

“A one man army, huh?” Mila asks

“Correct, and here’s the woman that so fatally wounded SJ113548”

“He got what he deserved”

“Lady Rockterra thinks that too. A failure like him doesn’t deserve to live”

Mila became angrier and clenched her fist. Mist-like substance begins to emit from her body, “Does Rockterra not value human life? Even yours?”

“This world must be destroyed. Your feeble mind cannot understand that. Humans simply aren’t meant to exist”

Mila’s eyes became a light blue color as she got angrier, “If that’s your way of thinking, then this is goodbye,” she rushed forward and punched SJ0 in the face. He was taken aback a little but he then recovered and looked at her with a red mark on his left cheek.

“My, that was a good right hook,” he then punched her back on the left cheek. The two then began to exchange punches constantly.

“This guy is much more skilled and laxed unlike SJ113548. Mila’s seething with rage. However she likely isn’t going to use all of her abilities” Mariana thinks to herself. Eight Seven and Nine Nine continued to tremble
