It was a week since the USJ incident occurred, and now Aizawa had an announcement for them.
Aizawa: We'll be having the U.A. Sports Festival.
Ojiro: This is gonna be fun!
Kyuko: I can hardly wait! When is it?
Aizawa: In two weeks.
Class 1A: Two weeks!
Kyuko's thoughts: Ok, if I start today, which is Friday, then train for 14 days since today's March 17, then the U.A. Sports Festival will occur on April 1st.
Aizawa: You're free to go.
And everyone left, ready to go train and Kyuko appeared at the Lookout.
Kyuko: Dende, I want to-
Dende: Use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to train for 14 days so I'm prepared for the Sports Festival, that's what you were going to say, correct?
Kyuko: Yeah.
Dende: Go inside.
Kyuko walked in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, closing the door and then changing his clothes to a yellow cape, a black short sleeve undershirt, a teal waist cloak, long black gloves with white cuffs, and black and silver boots.
First Day: Kyuko decided to do a warm-up by stretching and then going for a 800m run, before taking his training seriously and doing 4,800 bench presses, 4,800 tricep overhead extensions, 4,800 incline bench presses, 4,800 tricep push downs, 4,800 dips, and doing a 400m jog, 2,500 planks, 2,500 push-ups, 2,000 clean and presses,1,500 double unders, 1,000 thrusters, and 5,000 box jumps. He took a Senzu at the end of the day.
Second Day: Kyuko stretched again to warm up and did one hour of cardio. Kyuko did 20,000 Air Squats, 15,000 sit ups, 15,000 Push Ups, 10,000 Dips, 10,000 Lunges, 75,000 Pull Ups, 75,000 Leg Raises. He did this workout 5 times (along with 30 minute breaks to eat and taking a Senzu at the end of the day.)
Third Day: Kyuko stretched and did a 800m run before doing 480,000 deadlifts, 480,000 bicep curls, 480,000 lateral pulldowns, 480,000 Cable Rows, and 100,000 Chin Ups. He follows up with 400m jog, 25,000 planks to push ups, 20,000 clean and presses, 15,000 double unders, 10,000 thrusters, and 5,000 Box Jumps.
Fourth Day: Kyuko stretched and did a hour of cardio before 200,000 Air Squats, 150,000 Sit Ups, 150,000 Push Ups, 100,000 Dips, 100,000 Lunges, 750,000 Pull Ups and 750,000 Leg Raises.
Fifth Day: Kyuko stretched and jogged 800m before doing 480,000 military presses, 480,000 Dumbbell Shrugs, 480,000 Dumbbell Front Raises, 480,000 One Arm Dumbbell Snatches, and 480,000 push-ups.
Sixth Day: Kyuko simply use this as a rest day.
Seventh Day: Kyuko wanted to train in base form even more so he's even stronger when he's transformed. So Kyuko called Goku so he can train with him.
Goku: So you want to fight me in my base form?
Kyuko: Yes.
Goku: Then let's get started.
A/N: Start at 0:31. Kyuko is Sonic Black and Goku is Sonic. Replace their Super forms with Super Saiyan and Hyper & Rosé with Super Saiyan 2.
Goku: Wow, you really got much stronger Kyuko. You just might achieve Super Saiyan 3 soon than we thought!
