Jennie's POV

This is my unlucky day, I just know it. Besides the fact that I left my wallet at home earlier this morning, my sandal broke in a not so timely manner ---- me already going to class and I'm gonna be fucking late

I'm too busy fixing my sandal when suddenly a car honk in front of me and I just know that this is the same car I rode earlier

She let down her window and gave me a confused look

"Why do you always seem to be there in the most inappropriate timing?" I asked rolling my eyes

"Its just the second time and anyway its not my fault that you are unlucky"

I didn't mind her and just continued fixing my sandal and I'm already losing my patience

"I have spare shoes at the back of the car" she mumbled

"You're letting me borrow it?" I asked

"No. I'm just flexing it to you" she responded shrugging her shoulders

"Asshole"

"Well of course I do! Why do you even think I brought it up?"

"I don't know, to make me feel more miserable? And besides why are you lending me your shoes, we just met earlier" I said squinting my eyes like I'm analyzing her

"I'm just being nice unlike you and I know your apartment so...." she raised both her shoulders like she just said the most obvious thing

"Then I'll take up your offer. Where is it?" I asked

"Wait let me get it"

She got it and I put it on. Why didn't I even consider that we're not the same size?

"You know your face says it all" she said all of a sudden

"I can't help it I'm annoyed"

"Just get some paper from your bag and stuck it up inside the shoes" I really don't have time to argue anymore so I just did what she said and fucking finally I can walk

I looked at my watch it's already 8:50am. I know I'm super unlucky today but I hope my luck's on my professor getting late in class

"Just hop on" my thoughts were interrupted when doc spoke. Well I do remember her name but I'm too awkward to say it

"Why?" I asked, stupidly

"You know what, I'll just go" she was about to hop on her car again. I'll really be fucking late

"Wait!" I said then she turned to look at me

"I'm just shy ok. I already asked you for a favor this morning, and the shoes, and now a ride" I said being all flustered, I'm really embarrassed. It seems like this person had already seen all my flaws on the first day of meeting each other

But all I heard was her laugh. A loud one

"You don't look shy" she said wiping the tears forming on the corner of her eyes because of too much laughing. Now I'm more embarrassed

"Shut up!" I bursted out and just got on the car (making sure to close the door loudly so she'll know I'm mad)

But she nagged again and lectured me about the car door and then finally she also hopped on. It wasn't even that forceful (me closing the car door I mean)

"I would have laughed a little more if you didn't suddenly shut my car door and if you weren't already late"

I just rolled my eyes at her and she started driving. She already knows my university so she just drove
