Here he was, sitting across from her on a Saturday evening. Him.

He looked so effortlessly perfect. His hair parted so perfectly down the middle, with two symmetrical waves parting his face. Tim looked so focused cooking the meat for them. He took her to Korean barbecue that night so she could get a proper meal before college courses started.

She studied every inch of him. His face, his pursed lips, eyebrows and dark eyes. He looked so beautiful she thought to herself. He had matured a lot since she last saw him. The little time she know had grown into a man. A man who she still longed for. And now, he was here,, once in her life again.

"Nari are you going to keep studying me or eat your meat?" Tim asked startling her.

She snapped out of her haze, looking down to her plate to see her steak there. "Oh my bad, sorry"

Tim laughed at her. He looked so pure in doing so. "You're cute Nari hahah"

"C-c-cute?"

"Of course you always have always will. You've grown up a lot since I last saw you and that's my fault for not keeping up with your life. But fate brought us back together and now is my chance to reconnect and keep you in it permanently" Tim said with remorseful.

"Thank you for the apology. I missed you a lot Tim, I'm glad to have you back. It's been lonely" she said.

"Well glad to have you back. What's life been like the last two years? I'm curious how things have been?"

"Well, obviously I graduated high school and got into here. I made a quite few friends at school and some have followed me up here. You met Soo Young today obviously. Mae, my other friend, is also here. And..." she hesitated. Does she tell him about Hoseok... "and, nothing other than that." She said.

"Glad to see you were doing well. Glad you're here now. It's getting pretty late, I still have to show you around campus. Are you ready?"

"Ready as I'll ever be" she replied.

They left the restaurant and headed towards Yonsei to walk around. It was pretty at night. The cherry blossoms were no longer in bloom but the trees were gorgeous nonetheless. Tim looked beautiful in the night.

He looked down and Nari studying him and smiled. She looked so beautiful tonight he thought to himself. His little friend was no longer a little girl. She had grown into a gorgeous person and he was starting to see her in a different life. Nari looked away while he continue to stare. His eyes lingered down by her hands, her finger tips were close to his almost brushing against his. He considered grabbing her hand when someone shouted from a distance,

"Tim? Tim Hoang? Is that really you?"

Both of the couple looked behind and saw a young fit man running to them.

"Hey mate, I knew it was you. It's been forever how are you?"

"I'm so good" Tim replied, "I didn't know you were coming back to Yonsei?"

"I am, wasn't at first but I didn't like the Americans way of doing things so I thought I would make my appearance here once again to relive my legacy."

"Well glad you're back. This is my friend Nari, Nari this is my old roomate and good friend Daesung."

Nari and Daesung looked at each other and got caught in their eyes. Both immediately were infatuated.

He was tall, strong and lean. He had his short hair pushed back highlighting his features. He was gorgeous in every way. Soft check bones but chiseled jaw. His eyebrows were thick but beautiful and his eyes, were filled with pure joy and kindness. He was perfect.
