"Nari I'm so sorry about ghosting you. Life got really busy and I just.. things slipped my mind. You slipped my mind. I'm so sorry" Tim said. He has clocked out for this break and was sitting down with her.

"I-I guess it's ok."She said "I, I was just worried that's all. I missed you Tim"

"I did too my nars, and I'm so glad you're here now with me. Do you need a job? We're actually hiring? I could hook you up right now with a job."

"Actually, yes, I would love it." She replied

"Great. I'll be right back with your apron and hat." Tim rushed off leaving Nari frantic and panicked.

She immediately forgot about Hoseok and her eyes only were for Tim. She had him, single Tim and now he could be hers. Lost in thought she didn't realize that soo young was there right beside her calling her name.

"Oh my god, Soo young, I didn't see you there"

"No worries girl," she said sitting down, grabbing Tim's drink and drinking it. "Mmm this is good but why did u get two boba teas for yourself."

"Uhm that's actually......"

"That's mine" Tim said coming back with an apron and hat in his hand.

He looked down at Soo Young and immediately was fixed on her. Nari studied his eyes and she could tell he found her really attractive. She immediately felt jealous and protective over him.

"Hi, uhm I'm Tim." He said handing Naris stuff to her without looking. "I see ur enjoying my drink."

"Oh shit, sorry. I thought our Nari here got two drinks for herself. My bad. I'll get you a new one..."

"No no no, all good," Tim said. "You don't owe me any drinks. I'm the manger here but maybe I could take you out sometime"

Tim was nervous and starting to sweat waiting for her response. Nari had no words and was panicking. She never told Soo Young what Tim looked like only what happened with him and her.

Soo looked at her and winked.

"Sorry pookie, you're not my type. You're actually Nari's. I'm flattered really, but I already have at least ten guys wanting to go out with me. I've got a busy semester. Peace pooks!" She said running out of the restaurant with his drink.

Both timS and naris mouths were dropped staring at each other. They both giggled.

"Soooo... you're into me?" He asked jokingly.

"No im not" she said shoving his shoulder. "Show me around my new job goober or should I say manager Hoang."

"Fine fine fine, but it's bc I'm so irresistible that you want me so bad" he said grabbing her wrist and leading her to the back of the shop.

He showed her around everything, set up her payroll and her first day.

She left the shop and returned to her dorm finding soo young and Mae waiting for her return.

"Uhm. What was that in the shop" she asked Soo.

"Just a little thing I call Cupid. Don't worry Nari, he isn't my type. I'm into athletes and skater boys. He's cute but not the cute I want."

"Youre little Cupid tactic kinda worked. He kinda asked me out tonight to dinner. He didnt exactly say it was a date but that he wanted to show me around town and treat me to dinner. So it's close enough, right?" Nari said grinning from ear to ear.

"YASSSSS. I KNEW I WAS A GODDESS" Soo young said grabbing Mae and scarring the shit out of her.

"Bitch calm the fuck down," Mae grumbled trying to readjust her clothes from Soo pulling on them. "Despite her crazy tactics, I think it worked. What are you planning on wearing tonight?"

"Idk, I need help from yall." Nari said nervously.

"You came to the right people" the other said at the same time.

They grabbed naris wrist and dragged her to their room. Two hours later after curling hair, applying light makeup and 10,000 different outfit choices they finally had Nari ready for her date. A knock at the door alarmed the girls and soo rushed to grab the door.

"Well, if it isn't my 11th pursuer of the day?" She said sarcastically.

"GIRL" Mae said grabbing her hair and dragging her to the back rooms.

Tim chuckled as he stepped into the apartment searching for Nari. He placed eyes on her standing in the living room. She looked breathtaking to him. Her hair was curled, and she had a pink summer satin dress on. It hugged all of her curves in the right ways. She was smiling and approached him. She smelled good.

"You look really good" he said tucking her bangs behind her ears. "You ready to be introduced to my past three years?"

"Ready as I'll ever be"

He grabbed her hand leading her out of the door and the two embarked off on their "date."
