"What?"

"Kim Nari, I like you."

"Like as friends or..."

"No dummy, I like you. Like you as in I want to hold your hand while walking you to class, kiss you on the forehead, I want to date you Nari."

Nari had no words. She was supposed to confess but he did first.

"Tim, I don't know what to think right now. I"

"You don't have to say anything" Tim said nervously. "I'll wait for you whenever you're ready no pressure."

He looked a little sad but hopeful saying it. Maybe they could end up together. There's hope. He knows she likes him back. Who wouldn't like him.

"I know I want you Tim.. I really do like you and have always envisioned being with you. I even have a Pinterest board of our potential wedding."

They both laughed at the thought of that.

"I jsut..." Nari said, "I don't know if I'm ready for a relationship. I'm scared. I do really want to be with you but don't want to lose you if anything ever happened to us."

"I can't assure you anything between us will forever stay but i can tell you I can make your life amazing and worthwhile if you will just give me the chance of being with you Nari. Please..." he pleaded with his eyes begging for a chance.

"I-," Nari stuttered. She started to think about a life with Tim. Yoongi and Daesung were sweet to her and she felt a genuine relationship with them but would she ever get a chance like this with Tim?

"I just need the weekend to think about it ok? I don't want to rush things with you. You're my world and if I lose my world I lose myself. I need time Tim ok? Will that be ok?" She asked.

It felt like rejection in slow motion waiting to stab him in the heart, but then again she could say yes? He knew she was contemplating her relationship with him. He didn't want to lose her either but it was torture not being able to hold her in his arms or kiss her lips. Daesung and Yoongi obviously had her swayed as well. Maybe he could be the one.

"Take ur time. I don't need an answer immediately, but I will need one. Let's get to working. We're staring to get busy." With that, tim patted her head and went to the register to help customers out.

She knew she hurt him despite not rejecting him yet. She just needs to be sure about her decision. He could be the one but so could Daesung and Yoongi.

When Nari got home that night she confided in her friends about her dilemma.

"No fucking way?? Two guys want you for real? Daesung hasn't even asked you out yet but i know he's gonna." Sun young said. "He talks to much about you in swim too me and Eun woo. He really like you. Like a lot"

Mae asked, "what about Yoongi? I thought you two were close?"

"I don't know. He's been distant rather recently. I think I already lost his attention. He had my seat saved for some new chick in class this morning."

"Oh... Nari I'm so sorry that happened. On the bright side, he showed his true colors at least. You still have the choice between two hot men" Mae replied.

"Yeah, it's just a matter of who you want. You been chasing Tim your whole life and now he's extending his hand to you for a relationship. What's different with Daesung that's holding you back from your dream guy?" Sun young asked.

"It's not just the fact Daesung is holding me back. It's also Tim. I can't lose him if we ever break up. That's scary. I thought I lost him once and now he's back into my life. Maybe staying friends will suffice. Daesung may be his ex roommate but he's different from Tim. Both boys are perfect but in a different sense of perfect. Tim is a respectable kind of perfect where he's clueless cute but smart, kind to his parents and friends. He's charming too. Daesung is the perfect that he's cute cute. He puts others needs before his and makes sure they are happier before him. Daesung will be Daesung last priority if that means he is able to serve me and make sure I am content in life." Nari explained.

"That sound difficult Chica" Mae said. "Felix was so easy I didn't need to even second guess. I'm going to his parents place in Australia for thanksgiving and Christmas."

"WHAT?! YOU DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT THIS?!?" Sun young shouted.

"STOP SHOUTING ITS QUIET HOURS" Nari yelled at her.

"Girl... ur shouting too..." sun young said sarcastically rolling her eyes.

Nari rolled her eyes throwing a pillow at Sun young.

"Owee stupid head. Who's here comforting you to help you choose over suitors?!?" Sun young complained.

"You got me there" Nari said raising her hands.

"Anyways, congrats Mae. I'm so happy for you. I think I am visiting my relatives in Singapore for Christmas. Idk for thanksgiving. I hate celebrating it to begin with." Sun young said.

"Your rich relatives your brother married into?" Nari asked.

"Yes, the crazy rich Asians rich relatives" she replied giggling. "I can't wait for them to spend their money on me"

"Pffft, not all of us can have rich relatives" Nari grumbled. "I'm going back home for Christmas. I miss my parents. "

"That'll be good. I chose a boy over my parents" Mae sadly replied.

"You do u girl. I think for Tim and Daesung I'm jsut gonna see who wins me by the end of the week. It's rude but I'll find who I want. Daesung asked me out this afternoon before work. I think I'll go out with him on Friday night and see how everything goes."

"You do you. I wish you the best of luck." Mae said.

"May the best boy win" Sun young said patting her on the head.
