"Yes! Soon we will have all the metal we need courtesy of the Vermillion warriors." Raggmunk spoke as his eye stared through the spyglass.
"Really?" Blunck countered. "What?" The first asked back.
"All the metal? Like, that's it? Finito?" "Yeah, why?" "Nothing. Nothing. It's...fine. Acronix and Krux signed off on it?"
Raggmunk narrowed his eyes. "Oh, who cares? Now let me concentrate!" He turned back to the army of snakes marching with the masses of steel and metal. "Increase Operation Heavy Metal!"
"Seriously, how did you deal with them?" Kai questioned his sister, which she shook her head at.
"Machia was here, I'd shut them both up but it's fun watching them bicker." Nya said with a smile. Kai gave a nod as the two commanders continued bickering.
Nya's eyes then shot left, where a large mech was forming out of a building.
The two stood up straight from their leaning position and moved to the ledge, only to see the mech fly off into some unknown direction.
"Think that's gunna be a problem?" Kai asked, Nya shrugged. "Like we trained, we should wait-" "Until we know more...I know." Kai cut his sister off with a light punch to the shoulder.
"Yes! Operation Heavy Metal's so good the ninja don't even know what's up. Nothing will stop us!" Raggmunk blurted out.
Kai and Nya looked to each other before walking up to the edge, immediately spotting 3 coloured uniforms.
"Way to jinx it." Blunck spoke and the siblings pulled their hoods up.
Just as the two got to the ground level, they had to jump back as a large mech stoped just past them, in front of the scaffolding that the vermilion were starting to steal from.
"Wow! Total snake invasion!" The one driving the mech called as he opened the doors to his mech to get a better look.
"You stay down here, I'll see if I can send some ninja your way." Kai smiled, scaling the scaffolding with ease.
He stoped just on a platform with the orange ninja.
"Oh great, guys, the siblings are here." She spoke into her comm link.
"Ah, such a shame really." Kai smiled, charging at her.
She jumped back and used an unsuspecting vermillion worrier to swing at Kai. He jumped out of the way in time for it to shatter its separate snake bust against a pole.
It fell for a moment before combining with another three and creating a large mech snake.
"Skylor!" The blue ninja shouted, she looked up as the blue and black ninja were scaling up the side of the scaffolding. She followed suit quickly.
"Oh no you don't!" Kai called, chasing after them.
Nya was busy, or not really, making sure the two people from the mech weren't doing anything to collateral to the mission, which they weren't.
The one who called himself the brown ninja, was spinning around violently, clashing with every worrier as the other one, the driver of the now destroyed mech, clutched his leg in pain.
Kai finally reached the top alongside a few other vermillion.
"Welcome to Ninjago!" The black ninja shouted from a crane as it swung across the rooftop, clashing into every warrior including Kai.
He fall fast and hard and quickly went to turn his body to grab something before he fell to his death, which in turn was Nya's hand.
"I got you." She said, as she pull him onto the platform she was on.
"Thanks sis, but I'm afraid we are not going to hear the end of this from Krux." Kai spoke, looking up at the rooftop where the three ninja stood looking down.
He narrowed his eyes, his mind clouding slightly with the thought of being alongside them in a different universe, one where he was some sword of fire wielder.
Nya grabbed Kai's shoulder, sensing something was off.
"You ok?" She asked. "Ya...looks like Machia took over." Kai said, turning to look down at the snakes now reforming.
"Power-station." They said at the same time as they quickly jumped from the scaffolding downwards.

Kai and Nya stayed watching as the vermillion hid. They had just finished grabbing a bit of metal and were now just waiting for the ninja.
Kai and Nya watched as the four ninja entered, both on the top rafters of the power station.
The green ninja then spoke to the metal one. "Zane, you detecting any snakes?"
"Cranberries. Corkscrew. Squab." He scrabbled out while pointing. Nya giggled and Kai lightly tapped her shoulder, though he couldn't help but smile as well.
"Multiple contacts. Six meters in." Skylor said then gave a shrug. "Uh, after a while, you start to pick up on the meaning."
Kai narrowed his eyes as the vermillion started to attack, a compilation of full snake worriers and some office supplies that had some snake parts to them.
Nya hit his arm with her elbow and gestured down to the metal ninja magnetizing some of the fallen armour.
"Think that's gunna be a problem?" She asked, Kai grumbled, but before he could speak, Lloyd did.
"Those turbines. They're basically big rotating electromagnets, right?" He asked the blue ninja.
Jay did a backflip towards him and gave a nod. "So if Zane were to hook in directly and super charge one of them, all this metal armor the snakes have—" "On it!" Jay cut the green ninja off.
"Time to intervene." Nya said and Kai couldn't agree more. They both knew they were going to magnetize the turbine to force all the snakes to be separated.
Jay was quickly moving Zane towards the turbine when Nya jumped in front of them, swords drawn.
"Oh come on!" Jay shouted, zapping a shot of lightning at her.
"We have to buy Jay and Zane a little time!" Skylor shouted, coming up behind Nya and grabbing her from under the arms to hold her back.
"Girl to girl, black is so not your colour." The orange ninja said, Nya looked over her shoulder with a smile. "At least I'm not orange!" She said, hunching forward and tossing Skylor backwards with a harsh blow into the gut.
"Come on, we really gunna do this again?" The black ninja spoke to Kai, and Lloyd and him circled.
"Oh I'm definitely going to do this again." He said with a harsh smile charging at Lloyd.
He quickly shot a blast of green which Kai jumped over easily, but his attention was cut off when a large zap of blue caused the entire vermillion armour, and there weapons, to be pulled harshly towards the turbine, before it was ultimately shut down.
The snakes fell and slithered off, leaving Kai and Nya alone.
The two siblings backed into each other, fists drawn now that their weapons were of no use.
"Now you gunna give up?" Cole asked slamming his own fists together.
"Nya...I have an idea." Kai said lightly.
Sorry peeps for the inactivity, been preparing for a summer long trip up to one of the territories of Canada lol. Which also means there may not be any updates over the summer but I'll be sure to get one out by September.
Also WHAT THE FLYING F*CK GUYS?!!!! 5k READS ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? That's amazing, thank you all so freaking much it means the world to me!!
