Murder Drones: The Crucifix - What does it do?

Now that I've let Episode 7 of Murder drones settle for a while, there's something I'm still confused about: What does the Crucifix USB actually do and what does it do to those with the Absolute Solver?

One could assume that it removes the solver from the system entirely, but there are 2 scenes to disprove this, both involving Nori, who was injected by the USB in the flashback.

1. Cyn still had some level of control shortly after taking the USB, trying to make a null black hole. It took Yeva Severing that hand and accidentally destroying all human life on the planet to get Nori back to her senses, but her eyes still glitched yellow for just a second. However, she is not controlled in the future.

2. It can't remove everything because as we see in the episode, Nori still has access to her solver abilities. Yes, she can still be seen drinking oil canisters which Disassembly drones need to survive but that's what stumps me: Is it only Disassembly drones and Solver corrupted drones that need oil to live, or does oil simply need to be consumed by all drones with Disassembly/Solver Corrupted drones needing more of it because of strained systems?

Plus, right before it was destroyed in the episode, N was convinced giving it to Uzi would save her, while Doll also claimed she needed it to prevent "being made a puppet to destroy the planet", even apparently destroying her own eye to slow the infection.

So if Uzi and/or Doll took the USB and used it on themselves, what would it have actually done? This is where I want your guys help. Give me your best idea's and solutions in the comments below?
