I mean it's kinda cute, but I think Kanao does find Inosuke to be a little weird and annoying, judging by how she treated him after the fight with upper 2, and I think she did call him weak when she said he had to be as strong as her. I think they do somewhat care for each other, during the fight with Doma, they were helping each other a lot, and Kanao tried to save Inosuke from Doma's manipulation and Insouke gave Kanao her sword back. I mean they main big interaction they had was with the fight against Doma, and the fact Kanao smacked Inosuke. That's like their biggest interact, besides that, theu don't interact much, but I guess they respect each other. Besides that I think this ship is okay, I'm glad they are somewhat good friends, but eh, I don't see the two dating.
