I don't even know if they met, I believe they did? But I don't remember, but anyways it is okay, I'm sure if Kanae were alive, she would attempt to talk to Giyu a couple of times, maybe Giyu would respond to her and they would have a somewhat good bond but idk. I don't think this ship is terrible, I like the little dynamic they have. But eh, don't see it as much.
