Ehhhhhh I mean I like the loud x Quiet dynamic but like this ship is different-
I don't even know how Kanao feels about Zenitsu but based on the way she treated him so far throughout the rehabilitation training (even if it was the same with everyone) she didn't give a shit, I can imagine her getting annoyed.

Maybe after Tanjiro went like bye bye they could have interacted as they both were deeply connected to Tanjiro, cause in canon, Zenitsu became his brother in low and Kanao was his wife, so yeah they could have had some kind of bond like right there? And Kanao is indeed friends with Zenitsu's wife.
But I'm not sure, I just know Zenitsu would like her cause at this point he likes almost every girl-
