I think this is one of the most popular ships with Sabito, especially with Makomo but no-
I mean, they never actually officially met after they died, considering they both died from the same person, and Sabito was the only person who died during his finale selection. That showing they never met until they both died. But I guess the dynamic is somewhat cute In a way? Idk how I would describe it though.
It's not a ship I would think about honestly, if anything I don't ship Makomo with anyone, cause all of her ships are mid.
