I think this all she to do down with the fact that the two never actually interacted during the anime from what I see, and indeed when they did meet off screen during Hashira training, Muichiro does actually think Zenitsu to extremely loud and annoying.
Their dynamic, I'm not exactly sure what to call it as much, more like the loud x quiet type. It's not exactly a ship I will pay attention to, I remember hearing about this ship for the first time around a couple months ago, or a year ago, I don't remember what I gave it before but I know it's close to this rating.
