Uhhhh idk-
I heard they didn't know or like each other until Muzan paired them together and became friends along the way. But other than that, and then working together to try and kill everyone (Tanjiro, Neuzko, Tamayo, and Yushiro) it's an alright ship, just not sure how I feel about it...?
