AUTHOR'S POV :

The woman dressed in her casual fitting, in a grey tee and tracks walked down the stairs only to find her  half dressed husband setting up the breakfast table. she walked down to him being greeted by a smooth kiss on her cheeks and a "Good Morning, wifey".

"Good morning" she replied, "why didn't you wake me up, I should have prepared the breakfast you should rest as much as possible before going to th--" she started speaking but again was cut by her husband grabbing her by the waist, pulling her closer in his grip, his hands resting on her hips, his gaze lingering on her face like he were to do everything going on in his mind to her.

"do you want me to shut you up like this every time, by grabbing or kissing you or.... do you desire something else?" he said a smirk residing on his lips rent free.

Before she could react or anything they were interrupted by someone, only a cough heard, both turned behind to find two people standing at the front door dressed in black and brown. If you could think they seemed like a couple dressed in matching fits.

"You're here hnn, well...Knock before you come in fools" said Boruto letting go of his grip against Sarada.

"Well we did knock but you guys were too busy to hear it" said the women dressed in black shorts and brown t-shirt, entering the room sitting on a chair on the dining table.

"Sorry for the interruption Boruto.....Hello Mrs Uzumaki" said the white haired guy dressed in brown cargo pants and black tee. "Hello...You are?umm?" started Sarada.

"He's Mitsuki and the woman here is his wife, Chocho, they will be guarding you in my absence, you don't have to worry they are top assassinates and often work along with me" Boruto explained the arrival of the  two people.

Sarada nodded, her expression shifting from curiosity to understanding as Boruto introduced Mitsuki and Chocho. "Nice to meet you both," she said, offering a polite smile. "Thank you for being here."

Mitsuki nodded in acknowledgment, his piercing golden eyes scanning the room with a keen sense of awareness. "It's our pleasure, Mrs. Uzumaki. We'll make sure nothing happens to you while Boruto is away."

Chocho chimed in with a grin, her demeanor relaxed yet alert. "Yeah, you can count on us, Mrs Uzumaki. We'll keep you safe, no matter what."

Boruto gave Sarada a reassuring glance before turning his attention back to setting up the breakfast table. "Alright, let's not waste any more time. We've got a long day ahead of us."

As they all gathered around the table, the atmosphere was filled with a mixture of tension and determination. Despite the looming threat of danger, there was a sense of camaraderie among them, a shared resolve to face whatever challenges came their way.

As they ate their breakfast in silence, each lost in their own thoughts, Sarada couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the people who were willing to risk their lives to protect her. Mitsuki and Chocho may have been strangers to her, but in that moment, they felt like family.

As Boruto prepared to leave, Sarada couldn't shake the feeling of impending separation that weighed heavily on her heart. She followed him closely, her steps echoing in the hallway as she tried to memorize every detail of his presence before he embarked on his mission.

As they reached the door, Boruto turned to face her, his gaze soft yet determined. He reached out to cup her cheek, his touch gentle and reassuring. "I'll be back before you know it, Sarada," he whispered, his voice filled with conviction.

Sarada leaned into his touch, closing her eyes as she savored the warmth of his hand against her skin. "Just promise me you'll be careful," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper.
