Tim: "Umm, how do you think it went."
Nyla: "Not sure, their body language isn't giving anything away." Lucy and Angela walks up to the table.
John: "Your joining us at our table, detective?"
Lucy: "Yeah, got a problem boot." John stayed quiet.
Tim: "Did you two talk?"
Angela: "We did."
Nyla: "So?"
Lucy: "Mess with my sister and your dead."
Jackson: "Harsh."
Lucy: "Don't care. But we are going to get to know each other."
Tim: "That's good."
Angela: "Ooo, I have an idea. Why don't we go on patrol with one of the boots?"
Lucy: "I mean it sounds like fun. Hell yeah let's do it. Take you pick."
Angela: "We'll take West, if you guys want to take Nolan." They all agree. Being a detective, if Lucy is needed they call her to crime scenes so it will be a good experience for the rookie.
Everyone went on patrol. When they were on a call Lucy stood back letting Angela take control and command Jackson around. Lucy watched in awe how Angela took control of the situation.
Lucy received a call to a crime scene. They drove over, it was a domestic disturb which resolved in the woman being killed. Jackson had to sit out as he puked at the smell of the dead body, even though it didn't really smell yet.
Lucy: "Ang, come here." Angela approached Lucy.
Lucy: "Since the boot is out, you want to solve this case?"
Angela: "You being serious?" Lucy nods. Angela accepts, with a little guidance from Lucy, Angela solved the case.
Over the next few days, Lucy and Angela rode together, going to crime scenes and solving cases. Angela and Lucy got to know each other better. Angela spent time with Lucy, Becca and Tamara. Angela become auntie to Becca.
Angela took the detective exam, she passed and was now working with Lucy. They became the sister duo and people feared them. A few months later, Nyla also made detective and joined the duo. They all work together and are the best detectives in the district.
